Although they sometimes seem a bit understaffed, the servers and bartenders are efficient, unfailingly friendly, and very accurate with the orders. Of course, this is not fine dining, but it is sports bar food and atmosphere at its best. Add the bonus of cheering for the Checkers players as they take the ice to warm up, and yo7 have a very enjoyable way to kick off the game. We don't go before every game, but when we do, we always leave satisfied.

Our party of 11 was very excited to dine here before the game. Upon arrival, we were escorted to a table that sat 8- I informed the hostess that we had 11 people and would not fit at that table. She went back to host stand and never came back. A minute or two later someone else came and asked if we had been seated. I again told them we would not fit at the small table. We asked for a nearby table to be pulled over, her response was that the table was reserved. (So was ours!) Eventually we were seated with the table pulled over. Our poor server (she was new) was unable to answer any food or drink questions, so unsure what kind of training they go through before working. Our food came out at a reasonable pace, but drink refills were hard to get. We asked multiple times and never received, the table behind us was also complaining. Another server came to help and informed us and the other table that she would get the drinks but it would be a few minutes. She was Not able to cross through the area the players walked. Unfortunately this would have been ok, except we asked at least 20 minutes prior for a refill. Overall, a very disappointing meal. Food was as expected, not great but not terrible. The service and lack of customer service ensure we will not return. We have received better service from the bartenders and food vendors on the concourse.

So much fun! The ambiance was perfect for building pregame excitement! The kids enjoyed high fiving the players and the food and beverages were good! Service was excellent! We'll be back! Thanks for the fun experience!

Love going to the Red Line Club when we are attending a Checkers game. The food is great and getting to see the players come through is a lot of fun! It definitely beats waiting on a line for food and sitting in the stand eating!

We had a good time. The kids had a great time. You really are close to the players when they go on and off the ice. The food was pretty good. Already made my reservation for the next game we are headed to. I always thought this place was only for season ticket holders or some sort of VIP program. But anyone can head in. Although I would recommend making a reservation. Price wise, it was pretty spot on what it would cost at any restaurant. 5 people was about 125 bucks includes tips and an appetizer.

Respectable food for a sport's entertainment venue. Staff is courteous and polite. Limited menu but lots of atmosphere during hockey games. Reasonable prices and there is a discount for season ticket holders so it gets even better. Pub fare food, salads, nachos and the like. Met my expectations but gets a plus for helpful staff. I liked that the players come through the restaurant at the beginning and the end of the game. A nice place to hang out if you're hungry during an event.

Its pretty simple menu, food it good, service is great, and best of all - you get to see the Checkers go on and off the ice! If youre lucky, they will even give you a fist bump or a high 5!! Go Checkers!!
