Shuttle from airport was great. Gentleman was very polite and helpful. Check-in was easy- I had a voucher from the airline for room and $12 for food. Unfortunately, $12 at this hotel bought me a bagel and a cup of fruit. Couldn't even afford the yogurt bowl. Internet in the room is TERRIBLE. Ended up using my phone to tether. Not a big deal, but in this day and age internet should be wonderful in every mid-range hotel that purports to be high end. Three stars at best.

I had a layover in Charlotte and stayed here for a night. They have a 24 hour shuttle running every 30 minutes. The front desk was welcoming. Checked in and went right to the restaurant that closes at 11. The restaurant exceeding my expectations the food was so good. Erica was our server and she was amazing. The lobby is pretty big. They have an indoor outdoor pool. The room is outdated. The air conditioning was leaking. I did appreciate the makeup wipes in thw bathroom. Overall the room is a good size and service was great.

It's a nice looking interior reminiscent of the days when the hotel out at the airport was one of the nice ones. It's been nicely facelifted and the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The hot tub is permanently closed which was a bummer as we had a couple hours to kill. The big downside to our visit wasn't related to the facilities but was being woken up in the night before a 5 am flight by people trying to get into our room. They had been given our room and a working key (also deactivating our keys) to our room by the front desk. Luckily we had the security latch on which gave us time to wake up and tell them the room was occupied. No idea what happened to those people but I'm sure it also sucked for them.

Comfortable accommodations and a great place for a large gathering. Staff is extremely helpful and gracious. 24-hour shuttle service to and from the airport is wonderful. You'll enjoy your stay.

After the most awful vacation ever, I couldn't WAIT TO GET HOOMMMEEEE!!! But my nightmare continued as there were tons of issues with AA flights and I was a casualty stuck overnight with no luggage in Charlotte. Thankfully, I was put in this nice hotel! The shuttle pulled up to pick me up right as I stepped outside the airport. The front desk lady who checked me in was incredibly nice and even offered me toothbrushes and toothpaste for me and my son. The whole entire hotel was beautiful and smelled nice. Very chic. The hallways were nice and wide. There was a nice restaurant there as well. And an indoor/outdoor pool. I think there was a 24/7 gym as well. Maybe the only thing lacking was the small amount of items for purchase, but there is a gas station next door where we got our new years snacks. The room was stocked with high quality products from Starbucks coffee to luxurious hair and body care needs. The lotion smelled amazing and actually worked well. There is a blow dryer there as well. I really truly could not have been anymore comfortable at this hotel. Honestly I would have loved to have spent vacation lounging around this hotel than on my nightmare Christmas cruise!

Oh, how I enjoyed my stay at that Sheraton. It all started when I was delayed in New York, causing me to miss my ten p.m. plane in Charlotte. So, I needed a comfortable place to sleep. The Sheraton was just what I needed; I didn't know it, but I soon realized I had chosen the best hotel. It's an older hotel, meaning the rooms were big and spacious enough for all my things. It had an old, world-class look from a long time ago, and truth be told, I miss those types of hotels. The check-in area was grand and stately, including many sitting areas with a huge fireplace. Also, a courtesy van was waiting at the airport to take me and several other people to the hotel, and check-in was still quick and easy. I had my key in no time, and I went up to my room and was very pleased. Since I was happy with the amount of space in my room and the huge bathtub, I didn't rush to go to sleep. Instead, I stayed up unwinding. Plus, my plane wasn't leaving until one p.m. the following day, and as you can see in the pictures, the bed was very comfortable with several pillows. So, why rush my stay? I took this time to sit near the window, enjoying the view with a cup of coffee. The following morning, I walked around the hotel, discovering how vast and spread out it really was, and eventually sat by the pool until it was time to go. One more thing to note: I reserved this room two hours before I checked in and could still get a nice price, unlike some places that charge you hundreds for booking a room the same day. Let's see, for the cost of 159.00; I got a courtesy ride to and from the airport, a quick check-in, no huge deposit hold on my credit card, a lovely hotel with big rooms, a nice view from my window, and a good night's sleep. What more could I ask for? I'll tell you, not a thing.

There were LARGE cockroaches in our room, the water machines had roaches on and in them. The staff said there was nothing they could do. They overcharged our card, comped us meals that say breakfast, lunch, dinner and when we sat down to order dinner a manager came out, after we ordered, and said the vouchers were for breakfast only. We cancelled our meal and ordered food to be delivered. There are no sharps containers for medical syringes and needles and I'm diabetic. This was the absolute worst stay I've ever had and I will not be back! I also called the health department and reported the roaches because that is nasty!

Booked a room at the Sheraton to help with a connecting flight the next day. Check in was seamless and front desk staff were helpful. Rooms are fine. But it's now 12:25am and music has been blasting for 3 hours straight with a DJ and crowd screaming. The furniture is literally shaking in the room from the bass and other hotel guests are as baffled as I am. I hear them complaining in the halls. Hotel security said "sorry they have the place until 2am". Absurd. Never coming here again.

nobody does anything at this hotel.. the chicken, wings and chicken quesadilla are the worst I've ever had. The concierge level has hard candy as their dessert. I never could connect to the Internet and they have no IT or anybody to help. i felt like i was putting front desk out.

I had a brief but pleasant overnight stay here. The lobby area is lovely, although I was only in it to check in. My room was a bit scuffed up and dated but appeared clean overall. The bed was very comfortable, and the A/C fan provided a perfect level of background noise. I didn't hear any sounds from the hallway overnight. The biggest perk for me was that pets are permitted and without additional cost. I'm frequently at hotels for just one night, and the $50-$100 fees that many places charge for a leg are exorbitant in general and especially for a single night. To find a Marriott-brand hotel without those fees was a game changer. I'll stay here again.
