My experience with Silverfox was terrific. I used them for airport pickup to hotel and then back the next day. No issues at all. Very professional. Great online reservation system, with prompt email confirmation and pre-trip reminder/driver assignment. I highly recommend SilverFox. I don't know how their rates compare to others but you usually get what you pay for. If Silverfox is a little more, it's worth it for peace of mind. The last thing you need when traveling is uncertainty. Silverfox was excellent.

Going The Extra Mile During The Pandemic My experience with SilverFox Limos recently was nothing short of extraordinary. My daughter had been self-quarantining in her tiny, windowless flat in Manhattan - only leaving to buy groceries. She had no mask or gloves. I began to worry about her continued isolation and exposure. I thought of a plan to move her into my Airbnb in Charlotte temporarily so that she could enjoy more living space, get daily fresh air, and see the sky. The difficulty was finding the best limousine service that would take her transit safety as seriously as her family would. I was on the phone with limousine companies in Stamford and Charlotte. It became evident that SilverFox Limos was going to go the extra mile. James Weymann was thorough and deliberate. He knew I was nervous. We had a three-way call with his driver, John Harper, to discuss transit strategy, communication, and procedures. James suggested a large vehicle that would provide adequate distance between John and my daughter. He offered an extra-large cooler so that she could bring her frozen and refrigerated foods with her. Since she did not have any gloves or a mask, John would provide these items for her and disinfectant wipes and an extra roll of TP in the event they had to make a stop during the 11-hour trip. James shared photos of this and also how the vehicle would be thoroughly disinfected before picking her up. James kept reassuring me that everything is going to be okay. His confidence made me feel at ease. John would leave Charlotte the day before and spend the night outside of Manhattan. I received text alerts updating me on the trip. My daughter and John ended up driving straight from the upper East Side to Southpark without stopping - chatting the entire way. John helped her self check-in and left with a big thumbs up through the window to me. After two more weeks of self-quarantine due to an abundance of caution, my daughter and I finally reunited on Day 15 two weekends ago and have enjoyed each other's company ever since while staying safely at home together. I wholeheartedly recommend SilverFox Limos. Charlotte is so fortunate to have such a well-run, professional limousine service - whether for pleasure or in time of crisis. They will take care of you and ensure your utmost safety. I look forward to the day that I can thank James and John in person when the pandemic is behind us.

Idk where to start! Communication was on Piont, our driver was so kind and friendly and a great driver. He even helped me figure out the blue tooth situation. We were a Total of 12 adults. I wouldn't add more then that to the white bus. The owner was also very kind and friendly. Look forward to booking with them in the future.

Do not use this company. THIS COMPANY S A SCAM!!!! I had an invoice, receipt, ID number, and they still denied that I even had a reservation. Even after trying to call and figure the issue out, the person on the phone did not cooperate and hung up. Now they have my credit card information.

booked this company through the Ballantyne Hotel in Charlotte - the driver called me at 7:30am (the time they were supposed to pick us up for the airport) to let me know they were 30 min late- not good, also we were 7 people with 7 suitcase and needed a sprinter van to carry all the luggage and they showed up in a regular SUV- late to the airport to check in to our flight after waiting for them to switch to sprinter van. Luckily they had one parked at the hotel. I would not rely on this company. Maybe it was the first and last time this happened to a client, who knows, but I would not risk it.

Terrible Experience!!!!! This company had it all wrong from the start from the gentleman who picked us up to the vehicle that was clearly not a limo. · He had the wrong last name to pick us up. It was supposed to have my colleague's last name & first initial clearly written on the sign to pick us up. This was clearly in the directions left for him. ·He had the nerve to ask us if we wanted to walk to where ever he was parked while we still needed to get our checked bags. · The vehicle was a Ford Flex, not a limo. · He Didn't open the doors for us. · He Didn't put our luggage in the vehicle. · He was texting while driving. · There was an odor of smoke in the vehicle. · He asked us the directions to our home when they were clearly inputted online.

Nia in the office responded to all of my questions. James went out of his way to ensure that the passenger in his charge was safe even after drop off.
