This subway is ratchet & TRASH. I went in at noon: 1. they had flys ALL over the toppings 2. All the bread was smashed due to "the workers previously" 3. They had no bacon prepared, no tomato's 4. Dirty location with rude attitudes 5. Everything looked empty and the service was very slow and trash. I left, no i don't wanna spend my money on FLYS EITHER COME CORRECT OR JUST CLOSE ! I wish i could give it ZERO stars! DO NOT EAT HERE

Stale,crunchy bread. I first walk in and there's only one worker making sandwiches and the other one is walking around . So I wait about 5 minutes for the cashier to take my order I wanted the Philly cheesesteak but they're out of steak... so I opted for chicken . I check out and add on a medium soda. There's no lids so I ask the cashier for a lid for a medium cup, she goes to ask the other worker who comes from the back and she opens up a fresh pack of medium lids and it doesn't fit my cup she then says "oh that's a small cup" so the cashier charged me a medium sized drink but gave me a small cup. And on top of all that the drink was flat !

Went to get a salad, other customers 8n line. Proceeded to go to bathroom while waiting. Bathroom closed because they to lazy to clean it. Took my service somewhere else. The girl behind the counter was rude also.

I ordered a salad and it came with no lettuce. I got told that I had to add it as a topping. I'm sorry (not really) I assumed a salad came with lettuce!

This is pretty much the worst Subway I've ever been to in my life. It took 28 minutes for a girl behind the counter to make 3 sandwiches for the lady in front of me. And 15 minutes for the girl to make one sandwich for the man in front of her. If when it was finally my turn they made the sandwich for the lady behind me and rang her up before me even though I had been waiting for almost 40 minutes and 30 minutes longer than her when I finally got my sandwich it was made incorrectly. I showed up at 8:20 pm, the restaurant closes at 9 pm. I was syepped over for expediency and was treated with contempt and rudeness when they had to remake me a sandwich at the end of their shift. Ridiculous.

I came here after church because we love subway since forever and haven't been in so long, but I wasn't even greeted, just asked "are you ordering" in such a rude manner, I remember when this use to be filled all the time. Hated my experience here

The girls working here are to busy conversating with each other to acknowledge the customers. As I tried to place more order I wasn't sure the girl even heard me as she facing the other girl and carrying on a conversation. I felt pletely ignored and unvalued as a customer. I wanted to leave in the middle of transaction, but didn't out of respect to my fellow patrons. For I didn't want to hold up the line. In my opinion the employees at this location completely misrepresented and failed the consistent experience that I've had at all Subway locations which has always been Pleasant

I went to this Subway at approximately 7:30 on Friday night. I had been seeing their new sub advertised all week and couldn't wait to get one. I had my whole family ready for the meatball on garlic cheese bread. When my fiance and I walked in, we weren't even addressed, simply stared at. I asked for the sandwiches and was told they didn't have enough meatballs. The girl behind the counter said she might be able to make in six inch as she stirred around two meatballs. She didn't offer to get more meatballs, didn't offer anything else, simply looked at get co-worker and then back at us. I'm sure I wasn't the only person coming there at that time for that particular sandwich., Especially since it was a brand new sandwich and was heavily advertised that whole week. I can inly imagine how much business they lost because they weren't prepared. Im sure there were more meatballs they could've heated up. I don't work there so I don't know exactly why they didn't make more, but I have worked in restaurants my whole life and I do know this is very poor customer service.These employees didn't seem to want to be bothered with the promo sub and didn't care that they ran out in the middle of dinner. Sad thing us , I went straight to the freedom drive location and they were closed until they baked more bread. I didn't even ask .....subway shouldnt even bother advertising until they hire some people that want to work!
