I just finished completing this escape room with three other members of my family. This place is THE best in North Carolina. No if ands or buts. The female actor stayed in character and was amazing. it made me feel as if I were in a real movie. This does not even come close to the other escape rooms that I have done in the past. Not even close. I came out super happy and great full for the experience. It made my day. It was worth the money for sure and I can't say that for the other escape rooms that I have been to which sometimes led to me being dissatisfied and disappointed. so thank you for such an amazing experience. I genuinely cannot wait for the other rooms that you all are going to open up soon. I am sure it will be just as amazing as The Temple Of Light. Keep up the amazing work.

This place was nice. It's in the cut there is parking available. It looks like an old warehouse. We arrive and the host was explaining what we will be doing. He was with us for the journey for a few of the rooms and then he let us go on our own and then popped up from time to time. This was an interactive escape room. There was climbing, sliding but it wasn't anything difficult. I was pregnant and I was able to do everything. This wasn't your original escape room with the key and lock. I enjoyed how they had their own twist. I'm looking forward to do there other rooms when they open up

This is the "crème de la crème" of escape rooms! If you are looking for an all-immersive escape room experience, this is it!! It all starts when you check in. Great visuals and effects, and Connor, our "guide", was phenomenal! This place was built just to house escape rooms so the rooms are well thought out and executed. Highly recommend!

Quite literally the best escape room experience ever! It was a little difficult finding the door to enter but we managed to find it. We did the only room available for now which is the Quest for the Temple of Light and right when you walk into the door, every working there is in character which I thought was very cool from the start to make the whole thing an immersive experience. Everything was engineered super well and knowing that Disney Imagineers helped with this project was very cool to learn. You go through so many different rooms and complete different puzzles I've never seen before in other escape rooms (which I've done around 15 so far) that it was truly a jaw dropping experience and I was in awe the whole time. I cannot wait for the other rooms to open!!

We had my daughter's birthday party at Keepers of Balance, and it was absolutely amazing! Everyone had the best time--the escape room is so unique, creative, and incredibly entertaining. The design was super interactive, with more than six different rooms and multiple corridors to explore, which made the experience feel like a real adventure. The staff were all so friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made everything even better. The girls really enjoyed the ice cream sundae bar as well! This is hands down the best escape room we've ever been to, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for something fun, challenging, and unforgettable.

Far and away the best escape room my family has ever done. We drove down from Durham to do the Quest for the Temple of Light after my 13 year-old son had been tracking the planned opening for months. This far exceeded all of our expectations. Truly one of the best immersive entertainment experiences we've ever had. It ranks at the top of the list with the immersive Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser experience at Disney World (which we were lucky enough to do while it was open.) This is an amazing first class entertainment experience in Charlotte. I wish it was in Durham! We will definitely be telling our friends to make the 2 hour drive and look forward to the future experiences as they come online. And we have absolutely no connection to this business at all... although I wish we did!
