As a family, a couple, and with a group of travel buddies, we've had World Travel Mates set up several trips for us. Whatever you want, local or international, planes, trains, buses or ships, they know how to do it and where to go! We've had several wonderful trips put together by Kay, and every detail is attended to, making for a stress free and enjoyable trip. I would highly recommend World Travel Mates! Any agent would do a great job for you, but we're rather partial to Kay! Happy travels

Terrible experience.... stay away! Complete lack of communication and understanding of country requirements. Booked $8k vacation through this company. Had to reach out myself to ask for invoicing detail. Had to reach out myself to ask about what we need to do for transfers. No communication leading up to departure. I just happened to look up Dominican Republic, which is our destination, day before flight and learned that you have to submit an application for an e-ticket to get into the country. Must be done in advance and country approval for travelers. Called the travel agent and she was clueless. Had I not happen to come across this, we would have been in trouble. Travel agent also got us zero perks with hotel. What's the point? Travel agent did absolutely nothing for us.

Very helpful travel agency. My son is going to Germany for spring semester and flights were very high. works Travel helped find the quickest connections and compared flights and prices. I ended up going paying $750 instead of $1200.

Candy Geiler was wonderful to work with! She planned our June 2018 trip to Italy. We spent two weeks traveling around the country without a hitch. It was our first overseas adventure and I couldn't have been happier with how it turned out. The hotels were amazing, rail passes, tours, transportation, etc- she thought of it all. Before our trip, she had our full itinerary and travel vouchers mailed to us, and perfectly organized in the order we would need them. I can't say enough about how much we appreciated all Candy did for us. It wouldn't have been the same trip without her help expertise.

Candy booked an amazing trip to Quito,Ecuador and Mashpi Lodge we didn't have one problem. It was the best trip we ever had. My son was upset when we had to leave. She took care of our every need. Would highly recommend her.

Candy knocked it out of the park! I haven't used a travel agent in years, have always piecemealed my vacations together to "get the best deal." For our 25th anniversary I wanted it easy and done right, so I contacted Candy and I couldn't be happier! And I don't think there is any way I could have gotten it any cheaper! I considered a last minute change in plans and Candy was super easy to deal with and she made other other recommendations right away, but stuck with our original deal because it just looked too good to change it. Highly recommend! Using her from now on and look forward to tons of travel in the future.

I went to Sandy for some help planning an anniversary trip for myself and my boyfriend. She was absolutely amazing--she found us a perfect rate at the most gorgeous resort in Cancun. She responded to my questions via email almost immediately and was very informative. Once in Cancun, I emailed her because our bed situation was not as requested (we were given two twins instead of a king)...she responded right away and reached out to the hotel, herself, requesting an upgrade. Not only did we receive a new room, but there were flowers in the shape of a heart laid out as well---a surprise for our anniversary. I would highly recommend using Sandy to help plan your next vacation!!
