It's been a while since I've given a bad review but this was a very unpleasant experience. I went inside to get take out service and waited over 30 min to get a SALAD. literally lettuce with a few pieces of chicken. Whew. Do NOT recommend this location unless you have time to spare.

I read through the reviews and had the same experience as the guy saying the chicken tenders were seasoned in cigarette ash. I could probably the brand of cigarette that the guy had it was so strong.

They were very rude and refused to serve us. Then went in the back and started talking crap. They don't want customer. So I recommend to not go to this zaxbys!!!!

It took 30 minutes to get our order (and no apology or offers to make things better). Most drinks unavailable in the Coke Freestyke machine. No napkins. Commercial liquid soap on the counter in the bathroom, not in dispenser, just sitting in the counter. Terrible!

This location needs to be shut down until they have competent staff. I ordered a #3 Wings and Things traditional with Young Torch Lite seasoning on the fries and a Hi-C fruit punch orange mix. Instead, I received a kids' meal with coleslaw, boneless wings, salty fries, and a drink that definitely wasn't Hi-C fruit punch. I tried calling three times, but it went straight to voicemail. I waited over 35 minutes in the drive-thru and 8 minutes at the mic. I repeated the order three times to ensure accuracy. At the window, I saw a staff member using his phone like a play gun, a woman with hair past her calves and no hairnet, and the same staff member, who should have been cooking, playing up front. This location needs serious improvement. I've never experienced such long waits at other Zaxby's locations. I had to order Uber Eats for work because my order was incorrect, and the boneless wings were inedible. I'd like a refund. Zaxby's corporate needs to visit this location and address these issues. If zero stars was an option, that's what I would rate this location. While the food is good, the service is always slow. This was my last time attempting to eat from this location. I placed an order online at 10:11 pm and waited in the drive through line from 10:21 pm until 11:12 pm to find out that they didn't have my order. I guess the one star is for the for the polite staff and the fact that I was given a refund.
