Under new ownership, I met the new owner he is trying to create a casual place for all to enjoy. I've been to the restaurant before the new ownership and agree it has changed for the better. Food has been upgraded, I think the menu has way too much to offer though. But I did overhear the owner talking to a good friend of mine who is also a chef about the food. I hope he listens, the big guy knows food and what works and what doesn't. The only thing I noticed is the use of shredded lettuce on everything, bad idea on sandwiches and burgers it makes the very hard to eat without falling apart. Get some green leaf lettuce for that. I had the Fish and Chips, fantastic except for the packaged cocktail sauce, not a good choice it needs to be made fresh, my son and daughter went for the burger, both cooked perfect fries were good, shredded lettuce again should not be used. We will be back, the waitress was a doll and very attentive.

Another great experience at Locked and Loaded! Brought my sister here from out of town and we shared the poker run platter (mix of appetizers) and boneless wings. Run down of the apps: onion rings (incredible), spark plugs (pretty good), Mac and cheese bites (amazing), mozzarella sticks (a classic and delicious), fried pickles (a little pale but crunchy and delicious). Boneless wings were HUGE hunks of white meat chicken, fried crispy, and the hot buffalo sauce is perfect mix of heat, butter and acidity. My husband got the fried bologna sandwich and loved that too. Service was great and beer was cold, promptly delivered, and refilled often! Our new favorite spot for bar bites.

This is a sports bar from top to bottom, which is a good thing if that's what you a looking for. Two pool tables and large TV's all around the restaurant. Large outdoor seating area. Unbeknownst to us it was trivia night. There were lots of teams but the place did not seem packed. They have a very good selection of beer and a full bar. We started with FRIED BACON! OMG it was as good as it sounds if that's what you are into. I got the burger which came with homemade chips. It was cooked just right. The chips and ranch dressing were nothing short of awesome. My wife got the club and chips. It was full of fresh turkey, ham, bacon, tomato, and lettuce. Big thumbs up from her.

New owners have created a place to enjoy hanging out with friends and a place to make new ones! The food is wonderful. They have live music on the weekends and occasionally on Sunday afternoon they have bands outside, weather permitting! It's becoming the place to go in Garner and the surrounding areas. FUN, FUN, FUN!!!!

Food the wings were delicious and I understand their homemade potato salad is really good so we'll get some to take home with french fries and a drink and it's very nice atmosphere and Miss Tara is fantastic her personality everything makes the place homey.

Local biker bar under new ownership. Very open to everyone, food quality was good. Bartenders were amazing! Live music was a lot of fun! Will definitely return next time in Garner. Dart boards and pool tables very true and playable.

Soooo it's a very rare occasion that I end up in Garner, but the birthday boy was on a mission to go somewhere with live music and I guess this place was suggested. There was a group of 6 of us that found a high top table and hang out for a few hours. We ordered a few appetizers. I had the pretzel bites with the beer cheese and I was very happy with it. I also had the chance to taste the fried Mac and cheese and that was really good too! I enjoyed the music, I thought it was a good variety; 80's, country, rock, ect. I did not really like that the establishment closed at 11pm. I understand that the band was only playing until 11, but I thought that there was still a reasonably sized crowd to justify staying open. It was nice of the singer of the band to come and chat with us too.

Come for the live music and the burgers! While the service is slow, the burgers are great and the live music was top notch. I came here to check out a U2 tribute band, and the band was awesome. Going with the theme of the place, I ordered a spark plug burger and it was about perfect! Service was extremely slow. My server suggested I go to the bar to order which didn't make sense since I was sitting at a table away from the bar. If the right band is playing, I'll be back for the food and the music and hopefully the service will improve by then.
