A really good lesson on HVAC/ Gas Pack system. They arrived on time and worked tirelessly throughout the entire install. The technician and his crew were awesome…. Before they left Darryl asked and made sure we had a carbon monoxide detector… we did…..  if we did not he had one waiting in the truck. This is my 1st time using this company I read the reviews and was very impressed. I did get a recommendation from another client of theirs that just sealed the deal for me.  This company really cares about servicing the client in the best way and customer service is important to them.

Mitchell and his team at super cool installed my HVAC system two years ago and came out yesterday to service it during this epic cold snap. They always do a great job, are good communicators, and very reasonably priced. Hard to come by in the HVAC world these days! Highly recommend!

Super Cool HVAC was recommended to me after a horrible experience with another company (who provided me false information to try and get me to spend $19,000).

I have had nothing but the best experience with Super Cool HVAC- they are honest, timely, and go above and beyond to explain things. 10/10 recommend!

Honesty goes such a long way.

I was convinced that my AC unit was dead, and I heard good things about Super Cool HVAC so I had them send someone out for a diagnosis and estimate on a whole new HVAC system since I am still using my 20+ year old original units.

Omar arrived to my home and fixed my AC Unit that I thought was done for, in less than 5 minutes of him being here. It was such a simple issue, but I was not aware of what went wrong, and how easy it was to fix.

He easily could have told me that my AC unit was toast, because I was none the wiser and HVAC just isn’t my area of expertise. He easily could have sold me on a new HVAC system because I was honestly ready to pull the trigger, given that I thought my original was dead.

But, he was honest and told me that my system still has at least a couple years yet, and he even waived the diagnostic fee because of how simple the fix was. I still went through with the estimate on a new system, and did he was realistic about what my house needed and did not recommend me anything I didn’t need, or try to sell me on anything.

Because of how honest, kind, and professional he was, I will definitely be contacting Super Cool HVAC when it is time for new HVAC System.

Recently I had super cool install a new furnace. Great service, zero complaints I highly recommend them.
Estimate was competitive and the furnace just passed inspection so it is has proper permits..

Techs were professional and I felt they sincerely wanted to provide the best service possible.

I will happily have them service my hvac system going forward.
