We stayed here during a rare snowstorm which neither the city nor the hotel was prepared for. However, I do feel like the staff could have been a bit more hospitable. The hotel restaurant was closed for the duration of our stay so hotel guests were offered coffee and a teacake at breakfast time which we were grateful for. Many of the establishments close by were also understandably closed but it felt a bit advantageous that the hotel still charged ridiculously high prices for their snacks - $5 for a snickers bar; $6 for a personal sized bag of Zappos chips, etc. - knowing that guests didn’t have many other options. Would it have hurt them to offer a discount? I asked for a late check out which was only extended by an hour. Under any other circumstance, an hour extension would have been acceptable but considering how treacherous the streets were and room service didn’t seem to be available, I thought they would have been kind enough to at least do two hours.

We stayed in a room with a king bed, which was nicely decorated and had a modern touch. The Apple TV was a great addition. However, the room did feel a bit snug, especially for a boutique hotel where we expected a bit more space. While the mini bar was stocked with some refreshments, we were disappointed that it didn’t include any alcoholic beverages, which would have been a nice touch.

Overall it’s a nice hotel and we will definitely give it another try in the summer time.

Very cool vibe at this place. The staff seem to enjoy each other and to like working here -- unlike most places these days. Perfect location. The rooms are high quality, the bed was great and the amenities just right. I loved the courtyard bar and fireplaces. Was booked for two nights but extended for two more because it was so enjoyable staying here. I highly recommend Arrive and will definitely stay when I next visit.

Great hotel experience. We got what felt like a luxury room for an affordable price (we paid about $125 per night). The location is great, and the staff were great. The room we chose was small but really nice and cozy (which is what we wanted), and the furnishings were all modern and clean. The hotel is inside historic buildings, so there's a lot of charm, with fireplaces and chairs outside the rooms and a delicious restaurant onsite. Note: there's no parkinf lot here, so valet is required. We had no problems with the process and knew about it in advance, but don't let it be a surprise to you.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The staff was phenomenal and so welcoming. Leo was running valet so smoothly and he was very respectful with our vehicle. Emily was so kind and friendly and made a long travel day so much easier.

Service was great and the rooms are nicely renovated, but there is this awful sulfur/natural gas smell at night when the river rises and it permeates the room so deeply that my wife and I both couldn’t sleep for hours. We called the front desk and they said that just happens sometimes.  I like the idea of this boutique hotel. But it was like $450 a night to stay there and not remotely worth it if the rooms aren’t sealed enough to keep out that awful stench.
