Came to catch the end of my football team winning today ' What a great day! The place had updated the screens and it was a fantastic experience. Great menu items to choose from - lots of fun games to play . Look forward to coming back to see it all again! We had just some appetizers... Mozzarella sticks , chips w/ queso and cauliflower bowl . Everything was delicious! Service was excellent! Definitely will be back ! Two thumbs way up !!!

We waited so long just to see our waiter. They tried to take a picture of us and sell it to us and they tried to make us feel guilty for not buying the picture. Our waiter walked around and really didn't pay that much attention to us even though there weren't many people in the seated area. The food was ok but both the sodas we were served were just bad seltzer without the soda syrup. Overall a bad experience. Even the arcade seems to have been downsized, which is a disappointment, considering they're an arcade.

I had an eye appointment across the street and my pupils were seriously dilated. I thought id wait it out over a beer at Dave & Buster's nearby. MISTAKE. if you can't read the prices or what you're ordering.... It's my fault. But cmon, $9 for a beer??? Who charges that??? I also saw some blurry chips & queso on the menu and ordered that. $12!!! It wasn't even queso. There was barely any dairy in the dip. It was pedestrian and not tasty at all. The bartender was lovely. But this place straight up SUCKS. and the receipt "tip suggestions" START at 18%! Are you joking? 18/20/22% is not a good business practice if you're already over charging customers. Good service will always be rewarded by me. Those % are WAY too high. Maybe whoever runs this location is high? Had I been able to see, I probably would have left

I've been going to the Dave & Busters at Concord Mill's since about 1998. I just recently went to this location with Ben, Robson, Isla and Everlee. Everyone had a great time! It's hard not to, right? We got there about 4p on a Saturday and it was not too busy. By the time we left at 530p. the place was slammed. We liked the racing motorcycles and air hockey the best. We also had an early dinner at the restaurant. Even though it wasn't that busy, service was very slow. The kids had pizza and I had the grilled chicken wrap which was surpringsly good.

Celebrated my son's 11th birthday here. I had reserved a table 2 months in advance for about 8 people. When we arrived, I could see that we didn't really need to. For a Thursday night, it was fairly empty, but we didn't mind. It did take them a couple of minutes to get a table set for us. Our server Mateo was beyond awesome. He was super friendly and accommodating. Everyone was able to eat and drink in a timely manner, then go and enjoy the games! They had a huge selection of games, and all of them were working!!! It was such a sight to see as most arcade locations, there are always a few games out of order. Since it was not busy, we were able to play as many rounds of our favorite games at our leisure. I definitely enjoyed this location much better and will be back. This is located right beside Carolina Place mall, so there were plenty of parking spaces.

My family came here to celebrate my nephews 11th birthday and it was so much fun. The food was great, the drinks were amazing, and our server Mateo was awesome. I did expect more of a crowd on a Thursday at 6p.m. but it was fairly empty. This also meant quicker service and all games available.

Tori and Jo were amazing and provided awesome customer service! They went above and beyond to ensure we got the correct points on our card . They've gotten a lot more games since the last time I had been there and we had a ton of fun definitely recommend playing Mario kart and the hot wheels game. Drinks were not expensive. Not busy at all on a Thursday Fun for adults but I would not leave kids or young teens unattended out of safety as the people working seem to be preoccupied and the area /carolina place mall is known to be a little sketchier safety wise. I also would keep in mind for parents that some of the games are very very casino as in slots or "fishing" like which although expected for an arcade a little off putting considering it's marketed to kids. This was not all the games there most were more like you would expect at a kids arcade.

I was scared to eat the food. After ordering and walking around to see what a mess was through this place. If they can not keep games working, or can not have more than 1 bathroom sink and paper towel machine working the kitchen is a disaster! Service- I hope the girl at the bar in the mask was new. Then I would understand but very slow and it was a slow night. Not very friendly. The guy sitting at host stand! He was helpful wish I caught his name- He told us upon walking in about the power play food/card deal and welcomed us. This manager does not care about this place at all. Someone is going to get hurt. Machines literally failing apart. Love D&D this is the worst I've even seen. Starting to think this company does not even care about it and wants it to fail.

Some of the food was over priced but the burgers are really good! Food came hot! The games are fun they added a couple more games too. The ticket redeem part was the worst part. Nobody was there, no staff or manager was there. People were just taking prizes and walking out. A better system needs to be set in stone for that.

Spent Saturday night here just for food and drinks. No complaints. The food and drinks were good -- I usually don't order drinks from D&B because they're typically watered down, but not this time. We sat in a booth at the bar and our server was great. It was too late and we were too tired to play games so after eating we left. If you want late night good food with a large variety (plus entertainment) I would recommend here!
