We stopped into LongHorn for dinner while traveling in the Charlotte area. We had a large group; maybe 20 of us... I ordered the Ribeye with house salad and fries. It was delicious and cooked just right. My wife and I shared it. My wife ordered the Strawberry & Pecan Salad and it was huge!!!! She couldn't eat it all! Our waitress did a great job taking care of us. The only negative; it was sooooo dark at our table and the table beside us. I had to use my flashlight to see the menu.

The food looks very good but sweet potatoes was cold and the chicken a was just a little warm. Service was okay. Ambiance is good comfortable. But I'm a little disappointed of temperature of the food.

Longhorn oh Longhorn! How I love you !!! So delicious. Every single time. Steak like butter and sides so good I can't even decide which was my favorite ! Excellent food , fantastic service and affordable prices make for a great meal! Two thumbs way up !!!

We had dinner here before heading to the amusement park up the street. We arrived early enough to get seated right away. We were happy to have the bread & butter quickly because we were on the road and were hungry. We ordered one appetizer and 4 entrees. No drinks from the bar, so, in my opinion an easy order. Well our entrees arrived and we were fine, but when they asked if we were good for now, we asked when will we get the appetizer? The waitress totally forgot and said "do you still want that?" We said yes please. Well we were just finishing our meals and she looked at us and realized she forgot the appetizer AGAIN. She did bring it out but we took it to go because we needed to get to the park. Long winded review but in essence we all enjoyed our meals and even tho there was a hiccup, we were pleased with our visit.

Ordered a 6oz filet. Was given sirloin. I didn't order the sirloin and I don't believe this was a mistake. Fairly certain they are passing off sirloin as filet. They had both on the menu. Kinda confusing. The baked potato was good. The shrimp and lobster chowder is a joke. It taste good but they should just call it a corn chowder. Didn't take any pictures because the food didn't earn the right to get photographed. Will I go back. Never in my lifetime will I ever go back. That said, the bartender was nice.

I haven't been here in a long time, I had forgotten how good the food and drinks are. Had a long pour perfect margarita(salted rum of course) the longhorn salmon, the delicious brussel sprouts and a good loaded baked potato. All delicious!!! My server Sophia was amazing? Super nice, knowledgeable and attentive. Now here comes my gripe and frustration with Longhorn...I sat at a table for at least an hour and watched the Manager and I'm guessing another lead go to three surrounding tables and ask them how their food and service was...very chipper and inviting but not once did they come to my table and check on how I enjoyed the food, service or if I needed anything That is a huge issue for me because not only am I the same race as the Manager(hate to bring that up) but it is noted, the tables he checked on and asked how they were doing was people of Caucasian descent. Super frustrating because we all are paying with the same green and/or card. My first time experiencing this here and I don't like that I saw it first hand. You never know who you're interacting with. Treat all customers the same

Just an awful experience. Should have turned around and left when we arrived and were told that it would be a 15 minute wait with 2/3 of the restaurant empty (including the bar). Service was terrible. Our waitress took a while to get to us and spent more time vacuuming the floor than waiting on customers. We had to request bread 2x and once our food arrived, we never saw her again till the check arrived. Decided to try the pork chops this time and was an epic mistake. They were super chewy and very salty. Pretty much inedible. Where does the one star come from? The baked potato was pretty good. Last time going here.

Longhorn has been our most consistent go-to steak spot. This was on Easter Sunday, wait to be seated was about 15-20 mins without calling ahead around noon. Spinach dip was not something I'd order again but everything else mostly good. The Longhorn Old Fashioned is Small Batch 9 yr old Bourbon by Knob Creek & it was potent, excellent. Went w 6 oz ribeye medium but should gone med well because too pink for my appetite. Took leftovers home heated more thoroughly in center. My wife had ribs; we have not been disappointed at any Longhorn dining, bravo.

It has been my experience that Longhorn is better than both Outback and Texas Roadhouse restaurants. It's my belief that they use higher quality beef. Their service , though not the best, is above average. Their prices are slightly hire, but that is to be expected.

I love a good steak as the next guy does but something about longhorn calls for me when I have a hankering. While there's an outback on the other side of the road we prefer longhorn. The staff here are super courteous and helpful and the food imo is much better than outback. We split a 28oz sirloin which is plenty for us. The sides are standard but a steak, broccoli and a baked potato and I'm In heaven. Don't miss out on this great spot in Pineville!!!
