I wanted something easy and quick that I could eat while driving without making a mess. Taco Bell got it done. I installed the app while I was stopped at a traffic light and then placed my order while I was stopped at the next traffic light. Easy. When I arrived at the store, the bag with my name on it was waiting. The burrito was hot, wrapped properly and stuffed properly. They put a couple of "mild" sauces in the bag and napkins. I don't understand the purpose of the mobile order only drive thru line. I ordered ahead in the app and waited for at least ten minutes while every other car in the regular line got their order taken. I thought the whole point of ordering ahead in the app was to make the pick up experience faster. I finally went ahead and just pulled up to the window because no one would come to the mobile line speaker. Eventually I got my tacos and got on my way. Food was good. Service was terrible Staff wasn't friendly at the window

If I could give this zero stars I would. They are always short staffed and lazy! If they do have enough staff my order is normally wrong. But tonight.....they are "only accepting DoorDash" it is totally unacceptable. Do better.

I have been going to this store for a number of years. Store # 004795. I ordered 1 burrito supreme, 2 crunchy taco supremes, & 1 cinnamon twist. Got home. Tacos were soft shells. If I wanted soft shells I would have gone to Savors. Called store. Told them about what happened. Person offered me to replace said items. I told him no. I just wanted to inform him. He hung up on me. He talked like a hillbilly. I used to work in the industry. You need to look at the people who answer your phone. It will be a long time before I return to this store.​​

They are out of multiple different food items and inform you after you order at the kiosk, because you don't have anyone who stays at the counter. They refused to let me break a $20.00 bill unless I ordered even more food,after I ordered food and was u able to split the payment on the kiosk. Trash items in floor of the food area that they just keep walking past. Watched one employee scratch his head before handling food. Over all this kind of service just makes you not want to go there.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell. You know what kinda food you're gonna get from here. I ordered from the drive through and ordered 20 bucks worth of food and got home and only half was in there. I called them and said half was missing and they started attacking me and said I left without grabbing everything. I grabbed a big bag from the guy and said thank you and he diddnt say anything else to me. Pretty sure 20 bucks worth of food can fit in 1 bag and if it wasn't everything he could have said something to me. I was trying to be nice calling them saying they forgot my stuff and they came at me for their mistake. Harry was the manager and who I talked to.

Why put the most unfriendliest cashier at the drive-thru??? ZERO eye contact, didn't ask if I needed any sauces, no straw for my beverage and they completely forgot my cinnamon twists! :( this sucks! The food was fine though. It just spoils the meal. The good service days are hard to find.
