We were visiting Raleigh, NC, and Biscuitville was recommended to us for breakfast. We visited the one on Western Boulevard. The food was good and good prices. However, I was very disappointed when we got back to our Hotel room and saw that they failed to put butter and syrup in the bag for my pancakes. To be fair, they did ask what condiments we wanted, but who eats plain pancakes. Maybe in some parts of the country or world they do. I've lived in the South for 70 years, and I've never met anyone who eats plain pancakes. Still disappointe!

I usually love Biscuitville, but will never come back to this location. The bacon was chewy and the fries were burnt. I wound up throwing my fries away. Who puts out that kind of quality? The place wasn't even busy. So there's no excuse! This place gives Biscuitville a bad name! Go elsewhere. There are too many other places to grab breakfast.

So while on the road I thought I just stop in. I was pleasantly surprised. You come in and the facility is super clean, they were actually cleaning it while I was there. As soon as you walk in you can see the biscuit station so that you know all the biscuits are made fresh. And standard breakfast sandwiches so sausage, they can, chicken, the usual period I tried the sausage and the honey and spicy chicken. I actually got a free bacon egg and cheese biscuit as well. They got my water wrong and they were so nice that they didn't fuss about it they just went ahead and gave me my right order, no hesitation at all! If you're into breakfast sandwiches, they got plenty of them to choose from!

Be sure to check your order before leaving. A breakfast platter was missing from our order. It was listed on the receipt and paid for. I appreciated how they confirmed the order multiple times, but still an entree was missing. We received the rest of our order: fried chicken biscuit, fried chicken and egg biscuit with apple butter, cinnamon swirl, cheesy grits, and strawberry sweet tea. We enjoyed all of the items ordered. I especially enjoyed the fried chicken and egg biscuit with apple butter. Each of the employees we interacted with were friendly and efficient. They were all wearing masks (some under their nose). Prices are reasonable and portions are large. Overall, we enjoyed our meal. We would eat here again and just check our order before leaving the drive-thru.

I love Biscuitville and this is a great location. The line was wrapped around the building into the road, but it moves very fast. I always order the grilled chicken English muffin sandwich with a side of grits (no butter) and a tea. Their food and customer service is excellent.

I used to like Biscuitville but that has significantly changed over the past years since they have been open. My visits to this location find that the biscuits are often cool (not warm or hot), the eggs have a liquid egg yolk carton taste, the sausage is overcooked and thin leaving out any remaining taste, hash browns are straight from a crematorium due to its hard and dry nature, and the blueberry muffins are often overly outside hard and dry that excessively sticks to the liner causing a huge mess rather than a pleasant treat. The staff appears to be superficially friendly mixed with a customer-averse atmosphere. Upon observation of other patrons, whenever there is an issue (wrong order, over/under cooked, bad taste, etc...), staff often jump to a conclusion to refund the customer rather than attempting to make it right or adjust existing orders to maintain customer satisfaction. This particular location has an employee mantra of "I cant do that" in their vocabulary. In most cases, a refund is offered leaving consumers without food. On other occasions some employees seem condescending towards customers. It's not quite the Seinfeld "Food Nazi", but becoming that way. The place is clean, plenty of parking, with a refreshed and pleasant look. Early morning orders can be a challenge as there are long commuter breakfast lines but no mobile app pre-order options, the payment window is habitually closed leaving all transactions at one window holding up progress to snails pace standards. Sadly, my recent four early morning stops were poor with cold food and cold service. Prices are somewhat higher than other fast food breakfast locations.

They were busy so I thought the food would be hot and good. First they have someone outside taking orders, great. Not great instead of standing near the menu board for those that have never been there she is standing far behind it, I didn't get a chance to see the menu, which I stated I had never been there before. I ordered a basic biscuit and ask if they had hash browns to which she stated yes then mumbled for me to just hurry up and made a face at me. After I ordered she handed me a menu, that would have been nice to have in the beginning. She never offered a combo which again I have never been there. I ended up with a chewy biscuit, cold cheese and egg and crumbles of old bacon. This was not an experience I will ever choose to have again.

I have been coming to this Biscuitville for some time now. The food and service are usually ok besides a heavy set girl who plays on the drive thru headset. Today, 5/24/23, I went to the bathroom and fell not knowing they had a wet floor, there was no sign for caution. I told the manager after he asked me how I was today and he didn't act like it was much of a concern at all. Disappointed overall and hurt.
