First time at Biscuitville. I had perused the menu online before going and I'm glad I did. Online they listed a low carb egg platter which consisted of four eggs and meat. This wasn't listed on any of the menu signage in the restaurant so I'm glad I knew to ask for it. I ordered the country ham for my meat. Husband ordered a biscuit sandwich and side of cheesy grits. Food was good. Glad to have a fast food place that serves platters and not just biscuit sandwiches.

Biscuitville is one of the perks of visiting NC. I have visited this location twice within the past five days. Let me start with the positive portion of my review first. Our food was good. That is why we went back a second time. It was great to get a tasty turkey sausage, egg and cheese biscuit and grits with cheese. For those who do not eat pork, this is a great option. But, if you are one who truly loves pork, I have been told you can't go wrong with a Spam, egg and cheese biscuit. Also, if you are making something at home that requires biscuits, like sausage gravy or a biscuit casserole, take advantage of the day-old biscuits that are offered for $1.99 if available. I must say that the second portion of my review is mixed when it comes to customer service. On both visits, there were some positives and not so positives. On our first visit, our cashier greeted us with a smile and was very helpful when our order was not correct. The second time we visited, it took a little while for the cashier (or anyone else) to even greet/acknowledge us. It was quite obvious she did not want to be there. When asked "HOW ARE YOU TODAY?", she stated she was not having a good day. This is understandable. Every day is not going to be a good one. However, when working in the service industry, sometimes you have to fake it until you make it! I know this can be tough in the service industry when you are dealing with all kinds of personalities from moment to moment. But when you find someone who is cordial to you (as we were to her), that should make it easier to be kind and offer good customer service...and not be borderline rude. In addition to the second-day cashier, one of the order-fillers from the first day was a bit problematic. She made multiple mistakes to our order and was not very helpful when we had questions. Luckily, the first-day cashier stepped in and smoothed things over. Because Biscuitville restaurants are so few and far between, we will definitely return. However, our expectation for A+ customer service will be left at the door. When it is all said and done, I would tell anyone who was interested in a good hot fast food breakfast to visit this location. The atmosphere and central Raleigh location are great for a Saturday breakfast out with the family or a meet up with girl/guyfriends or a book club meeting. Happy eating.

HEALTH DEPT ALERT!!! I've eaten here many times in the 2yrs I have lived in the area. This is the only Biscuitville I go to, unless someone else is driving. Today, I was ready for breakfast&was about to Doordash something when I looked down at my phone&noticed a coupon had just been emailed to me;$1 off a new waffle sandwich. I was out the door in 5min. Excited to try the new sandwich, I ordered the Turkey sausage waffle sandwich. The female manager in the purple shirt explained when I asked what meat I could choose, that I could have "anything" I wanted. What she did not tell me was there is a $2 up charge if you stray from the only two options shown: bacon, egg&cheese or sausage egg&cheese. Those items are around $6.50. When I looked at my sandwich it didn't have anything inside except a Turkey sausage patty, and for this I was charged $8.16 for a combo which includes a drink+side including the $1coupon. I still felt this was a bit steep, but the meal was good&it was starting to rain outside. Immediately after finishing my food I notice a dead roach lying on its back underneath the table on my left. I was thinking about ordering another meal to bring home to my sleeping fiancée, but changed my mind. I've often heard the expression that if you see one roach, there are 100 hiding. I won't be going to this Biscuitville for a while. I'm guessing that the roaches from the nearby McDonald's on the same road have migrated over to Biscuitville since their former home is being bulldozed.

I used to be all about some biscuitville but man when I tell you this location ran my lovely experience with biscuitville into the ground. I went through the drive thru and the speakers attitude was terrible. The window lady didn't listen to a thing I asked. I order an ultimate bacon egg n cheese biscuit along with a cup of cheese grits. First of all the biscuit was a 4 of of 10 and the grits had a complete layer of butter with no cheese in sight so grits were a 0/10. I really hope in the near future another location doesn't give me a bad service and a terrible experience but also low quality food. But for everyone wondering if this is a good location to go to, I suggest not to.

Amazing food. The food has gotten way better over the last 5-6mo, not sure how but it's just as good as the original Greensboro location. Who is giving low ratings? This place has the best biscuits and quick breakfast in town.

Always love a morning with a biscuit. This location gets really packed, but you can skip the drive thru line by going inside. That way you can watch thru the biscuit window to see the process being done.
