First time giving Brooklyn Pickle a try! I've had it on my radar ever since seeing a coworker's lunch arrive via DoorDash a few days prior. I decided to order online to avoid the in-store lunch rush and wait. Easy online ordering through their website. There were so good many options and it was very hard to choose, but I ended up going with the Italian Sub with Italian tomatoes, chips, tea, and jumbo cookie. Although the online ordering system never notified me that my order was ready, I arrived at the "estimated" time and it was all packed up and ready to go. The staff were all very busy...you could tell they were recovering from a big lunch rush...but I was greeted and assisted right away nevertheless. My Sandwich was delicious! It was prepared exactly as ordered with the condiments I ordered piled on just right. The bottled blackberry tea was as expected and the jumbo cookie was SO GOOD. I was very underwhelmed by the chips. They weren't very flavorful...almost tasted stale...but they were not expired, so I'm not sure what happened there...but it was a bummer. All in all...the service and food were great and I will definitely be back, when I'm in the area.

Really disappointing. The Reuben was most definitely NOT a traditional Reuben. A tiny bit of sauerkraut. Plus the cashier or whatever she was asked off I wanted LETTUCE AND TOMATO????? Good god. Knish was good but microwaved. Horrific. The $6.50 (!!) matzo ball soup was chicken broth, no chicken, one hard matzo ball. Disgusting. Won't be back. Something tells me they won't be around long either.

Friendly and helpful staff. It wasn't busy when I went in. The menu on the board seems a little duplicative to me. I went with the Reuben on the traditional dark rye and a side of pasta salad (not included with your order). Seems a little pricey for a sandwich ($12), but I'd get it again.

The staff was welcoming and pleasant. I enjoyed lunch here on Monday afternoon. I enjoyed the turkey sub with bacon on white submarine bread. Very good. This sub was loaded with turkey deli meat and I added lettuce, tomatoes and banana pepper. Very good! My only suggestion is to mark the subs so that we can tell them apart without having to open them both up. I had onions and peppers and my Mom didn't. It was difficult determining which was which. The paper isn't see through. Besides that, everything was good.

First time trying this place out through Offline and they were kind of a disappointment. It definitely wasn't better than Jersey Mike's and it was like a step above Jimmy John's. The sandwich maker (lady) didn't practice good cleaning hygiene when prepping my sandwich and also the sandwich itself was pretty bland. It was a lot of workers in there at 2:15 on Monday with barely any customers. It's just not a sandwich place I would prefer to go to.

So many good things to say. The portions are HUGE! The food was so TASTY! There are some fun sides. Everyone in my group loved their sandwiches. The only small critique I'd have is that I can't have leftovers because of the fact the bread gets a little soggy from the sauces, toppings etc.

This is definitely not a NYC deli. Think more upstate NY. If you want NY style food it may work for you. The positives are the menu. Traditional staples. A copy of the menu was added in my photos. Tastewise items were average to good. The pickles were dill. I was expecting half sour and sour garlic pickles. The knish was good but microwaved versus grilled or fried was less than ideal. Nothing beats a Black Cherry soda. Loved the bread selection and enjoyed a half size chicken salad sandwich. It was plentiful. No blintzes nor potato pancakes on the menu. Finding a parking spot at lunchtime was challenging.

Just tried this place for the first time. I ordered a pick up order for 3:15PM. When I arrived I gave my first name and last initial. The workers seemed a little bit confused however they had made my order earlier in the day and stored it in the fridge. No big deal, they once we confirmed it was a pre order they knew what it is. When I got home I tried the sandwich. It was good, a lot bigger than I thought. I was disappointed because I ordered pasta salad and instead got potato salad. I don't really care for potato salad. I don't have time to go back over there as I picked up the food on my lunch break. I just wish my order was correct
