All the mechanics and other people were very kind. On the other hand the manager or whoever this woman is was extremely rude and pushy. The GM needs to calm down and maybe they would get better reviews. The food was great though and the cook was extremely nice. It's just the one lady who again was extremely rude and passive aggressive about everything. Also, the lady at the front desk (same lady as before) was super disrespectful. She also likes to sit in her office all day and do nothing. When she rarely comes out of her office she is still extremely disrespectful and passive aggressive. I heard she has recently became the GM in the last year to take over for her mom who is elderly. She needs to take some advice from her mother and maybe she will get better reviews because clearly the reviews have been getting lower and lower since she took over lol. Every other worker there is great though! I've been to the south one her brother runs and he is a lot more respectful.

Took my granddaughter for a fun activity. Her balls kept getting stuck in the lane. As I'm bowling a lady came over and very rudely told her that will break the machine and she will have to pay $1500 to fix it. Now, I understand if she needed to get a staff when that happened and that the machine may be expensive but to come over and with a tone and an attitude speak to a child is not okay. Speak to the adult or don't speak. And if the tone had been different maybe I wouldn't be so angry right now but the tone was rude and condescending to a child! I will never go here again and do not take your kids unless you're okay with someone berating them for something that was unintentional.

Bowling was ok. The parking lot is very poorly lit so you wouldn't know this place is even here unless you map it on your phone or GPS. Biggest flaw was that "starlight" bowling never happened. Went at 10pm with some friends and paid for 2hours. At 11pm they just turned the lights off over the lanes and didn't play any music or do anything special. Attendant at the counter said "they're going to be adding screens and projectors soon but we don't turn the lights on anymore" So they basically charge you 1.5x the rate to bowl in the dark

First time visiting. Looking for entertainment during Hurricane Florence pouring rains. No wait, 7 of us filled two lanes and bowled two and three games. We are not serous bowlers. Nice assortment of balls to choose from, scoring system was easy enough to navigate, shoes are newer and in good shape. I checked in and got a free game for yelping. She set us up with a "special" so ended up being around $11 per person for two games, including shoe rental and some tokens. No beer sales. Snack stand limited, slow and pricey. For a case of cabin fever, bowling with friends and parents is great fun. Glad they were opened.

Buffaloe Lanes is a great mid-week getaway for the family. There are about 40 bowling lanes, an arcade, and a snack bar! The alley itself was clean and well taken care of. The snack bar was your typical "sub-par" bowling alley food option. The arcade was great too! Buffaloe offers leagues, lots of specials, and even packages for patrons.

It was a pretty good experience! I went here with my mom and friends and overall not bad! There are a couple flaws though, a few of the lanes were broke down, but the price wasn't bad! For 5 people, only 50$ or so, and the manager isn't rude. I'd recommend it here if you wanna go bowling with family and friends!

A classic bowling alley that's been around a long time. Food here is pretty basic bowling alley food but when you're playing, it hits the spot. The arcade is fun for small breaks or for the kids to enjoy while adults bowl.

I bought a groupon and since this was the closest location, I tried them out. (If you don't have a coupon, it's pricey) Getting there was bit tricky. It's in the middle of industrial area and the exterior of building looked a bit sketchy but it's decent inside. It's not always kept clean and staff are hit or miss in my opinion. We are all human so some are nicer on one day and other days, they aren't. I wish they'd choose better lane placements. I went in on a Monday night and they were not busy at all. I was bowling already and they sent a group of kids right next to us and they kept running up and down screaming and were very distracting. I wanted to enjoy my time out with family and it was very hard to do so. Like I said, they were not busy so they had a lot of open lanes so I don't know why they couldn't send them elsewhere. One time, when I got to my lane, the people to left of my lane were getting ready to leave but had 10 balls on the rack and they just left them there. There were some light ones and then heavy ones. I told one of the employees and she said, "I think they are leaving. You can move them." Last time I checked, I didn't work there. Why would I clean up after someone else? And when I came back to my lane, she literally had taken 2 balls away just so we can have 2 balls to bowl with.

Terrible experience, they now force you to pay by the hour instead of per game so we had our lane shut off in the middle of our game during my shot. Food is terrible, saw someone order dominoes to the alley. No alcohol whatsoever, which ive never seen a bowling alley like that. Just a miserable experience over all, i will never be back.
