Updated: I spoke to the owner who was very accommodating and helpful. He offered a full refund or to remake the order. I opted for the remake to allow my family a chance to see how pretty they looked. The lady that helped us (I believe was Octavia) was very sweet! We had a bit of a wait and she brought us some waters and goodies as I was with my 2 year old. Great service all around!

We were in town and wanting to take advantage of the $2 Old Skool roll deal. We were surprised to see how early this location opens. When we arrived there were already some customers seated and enjoying their orders. The gentleman who took out order was very patient as we decided what we wanted to get. He stepped away to fill other orders to give us time to decide. He was very friendly but worked very efficiently which I always appreciate. Our rolls were fresh and tasty. I would definitely return to this location if I am back in the area.

Amazing desserts and service :) my family had never been to this bakery before, and the manager explained everything about their products and how to order. We loved our desserts and that they were vegan!!

I visited the location in Cary and was quite enthusiastic to find that we have one in Raleigh as well! When I say the smells, that will engulf you when you come into this place are beautiful... There's just no other words to describe. The cakes and brownies appear homemade if you will! The prices are great and I think the location is cool too. There's a parking deck in the back if you need to find additional parking. Stop in and grab a bite. The staff was really kind and seemed to really enjoy their job. That's always a great sign!

As a visitor to the city, we were looking for a different kind of dessert to have after dinner. After doing a google maps search, we found this spot. Walking in, it smelled delicious! They have a build your own option, but I decided to go with one of their signature rolls: the Cookie Monster Roll. I love cookies so naturally I chose the cookie dough option. The lady that helped us was very patient and nice. She answered all of the questions we (mostly me lol) had. Now for the roll itself. It was very good, but with the cookie dough and chocolate sauce combo, it was VERY sweet. It's definitely something I could never eat in one sitting. It was a pretty decent size, but the sweetness was a lot. I think if I go back (I learned there is one like 30 minutes from where I live!), I'd opt for the Old Skool Roll

I bought and picked up a single layer cookie cake here today. Unfortunately, when picking it up the cookie cake didn't even fill up the container it was put in. It should be noted, their cake is advertised as feeding 8-12 people. My 12 inch container, which from previous purchases here, I know is the norm for their cakes, had a 9 1/2 inch cake in there. If anyone reading this knows high school level math, you can take the volume of both those and determine a 12 inch cake is 59% more in volume than a 9 1/2 inch one. Unfortunately this is now the second time I've had a cake messed up in my past three orders from this location. The previous mishap being they put chocolate chips on it instead of the chocolate chip cookie bites we had asked for. However that's very minor mishap, so I looked past it. With all that said, the employees are nice, and the lady working the front today did her best to make things better by offering cookies to take for free, so shout out to her, she should be praised for trying to make better the customer experience. However, if you are also looking to get a cookie cake, you might as well go somewhere else, while it might not be as tasty a product as here, you won't get your order messed up nor will you be charged for a full cake when you only get half like I did. In cases like this, the least you could do is charge half the price. Sorry to say, but you lost a customer today. The owners should know, we've now had to pickup an additional cookie cake from another party in order for everyone attending to have some at the upcoming event, so this is ridiculous.

So my husband brought me here to try these as I love a good cinnamon roll and his work orders from here a lot. Now he has never had one as he doesn't eat things like this but I was excited to try. We were greeted upon entering and it smelled wonderful inside and the display they had set up everything looks fantastic. I ordered an original cinnamon roll and the cookie one. The lady said she had some hot ones and packaged everything to go. After a few hours I went to dig in and man the presentation is horrible. It looked like a hot mess. I opened the container and the amt of icing is crazy, it was runny as well. I did try a few bites of each and it's just not for me. The icing is way too thin and I can't tell if it is suppose to be like this or it's because the rolls were too hot. This place is just not for me.

All 3 Cinnaholic vegan bakeries in the Triangle (Cary, Brier Creek and Oberlin) have a wonderful selection of sweet delights. When you step in, it smells so GOOD. They have everything from a basic, old style cinnamon roll to some really over-the-top creations. Expect service with a smile. Also, there is a cooler with cold drinks, including Southern-style watermelon limeade and peach limeade.

I really enjoy a good cinnamon roll and I've never been disappointed when I have visited cinnaholic. I try to limit my visits because calories are a bit higher than I like but sometimes you have to treat yourself. I've only tried the old school classic cinnamon roll option and it's always consistently delicious. They serve them warm or fresh and load it with frosting. I find that the frosting is a bit much for me and makes it overly sweet so I ask for half of the frosting. The rolls being vegan are a plus as well! The staff is super friendly, the owner is typically there whenever I go and you can tell that it is a family run business with love. They put special attention into making sure everyone is happy and that each order is up to quality. The location is clean and has ample seating. Whenever I stop in I alway see a family or a group of friends sitting and enjoying time together while eating their rolls. I've also tried their cookies which are just as a delicious as the rolls. I've had the s'mores and the chocolate chip. They are a nice alternative to the rolls of you want something a little less sweet or are just a cookie person.

I tried this place as a sweet treat from a loved one. I went back twice after to just grab snacks/sweets for my coworkers. They loved them!!! Especially the s'mores cookies!!! We loved the cinnamon rolls as well. Cute small spot with nice ceilings. Parking can be tight on busy days. Great service
