CowBar is located inside of Morgan Street Food Hall. The server was friendly and the overall vibe of the food hall is nice. I ordered the cheeseburger and plain fries. The burger was just okay. They did a good job cooking it to my liking and seasoning it well. However, the tomato and onion were cut entirely too thick. Between the onion and tomato it was thicker than my double patty.

While traveling for work, I came across this food hall. It's hard to find food spots that offer vegan options, so I can happy to see the vegan options on this menu. Food I had the " You're a Vegan" burger that comes with 2 Beyond Patties, lettuce, tomatoes, vegan mayo and I requested grilled onions and vegan cheese. When I tell you I finished that entire burger! It was huge, but so worth it lol. Truly it was one of the best burgers I've had. I order fries as well and they were hot and fresh. Perfect! 5/5 stars Service The staff were nice and made my order fresh. Ambiance I love the open seating and laid back feel in the food hall. Overall, I give this experience 5/5 stars . If I ever find myself back in Raleigh, I hope to visit this spot again.

Vegan Review: We came down to Morgan Street Food Hall as the family all wanted something different. CowBar got my attention as I saw the 3 vegan options available and was halfway in the mood for a burger. I literally ordered a Vegan Stacker which comes with two Impossible patties and sauce as I have never put lettuce/ tomatoes on my burgers. I ordered no fries and no drink. By the time I got my burger 25 minutes later my wife and son who had ordered their food at another eatery after me, had already gotten their food, sat down, and were halfway done eating by the time I received my burger. This is unacceptable. They had plenty of employees and it was not super busy. There was no kind of customer service either. The only thing that saved this was the taste of the burger was off the charts which I am guessing by the way it was made on the grill. A guy was trying to decide if he wanted what I was getting so he waited to see what mine looked like. I saw him go somewhere else because he was not trying to wait that long. The burger was fantastic but the rest was a mess.

The truffle burger was really good, I enjoyed the white sauce, it was a little sweet and a little savory. The grilled onions were cooked perfectly, just a tad bit too long, I kept having to pull them off my bites. The burger was just okay, the patty was dry. The service was quick, always love trying a new spot at the Morgan Street Food Hall.

One of the best burgers I've had in town so far! Fun environment in the food hall but it is loud and crowded. Didn't take long to get the food though. The two we tried had amazing flavor and toppings! Plenty of meat on the burger as well. We will definitely be back! The truffle fries are incredible!

There was a line, for good reason. Food: - truffle fries (large): It was a lot but absolutely delicious. the truffle is a creamy sauce so it was pretty saucy and slightly sweet, and yummy. highly recommend - quad burger: I just tasted and it was so good! - truffle burger: only tasted but this is what I would have ordered if I hadn't gotten something else. And it was just okay. I'll definitely be back

Such a satisfying burger. The patty was thick and juicy, and the cheese was melty and rich. The veggies were fresh and crisp, adding a nice contrast. The bun was soft and held up well to all the flavors. A great place for a good burger.

Service is a little haphazard but it seems like this is a family run type of place which I think explains it. That doesn't impact things too much as this is inside the food hall and there isn't table service anyway. The food is plentiful and good, especially the fries which are the hand cut kind and are well salted with a little pepper. The burgers and hot dogs were both tasty and cooked just right. The burgers are huge - double patties is the basic burger. You won't be likely to leave hungry but if you do, there are plenty of other snacks you can pick up in the food hall.

Stopped by on a Friday evening and it wasn't too too busy inside the food hall where CowBar is located. The staff were very friendly, line and wait time was quick, and food was delicious! I ordered a double cheeseburger with a side of regular fries. Fries were a little over seasoned where some parts were extra salty. But still good. Burger was juicy and tender so no complaints there. If I'm in the Raleigh area again, I'll for sure be back!
