Driver somehow got the bus stuck in a ditch and stranded all our wedding guests at the venue leaving them to have to call friends or try to find Ubers (not easy at a remote venue). Repeated calls and emails to the company for a refund were ignored until we threatened to refuse all charges with the credit card company. Two days after a refund was issued, they made another unauthorized charge to the card. Incredibly shady people that I would avoid at all costs.

Not only did this company charge my card without authorization, they showed up late, and in a small car (not on their website) to transport delegates. I have left multiple messages and emails and no one will return my calls. Very disappointed that we used this service and will never use them again.

Just completed a trip to PA. First the bus selection was totally inappropriate for an over 50 crowd going over 400 miles each way. It had no bathroom and the ride was horrible with people on the back seats getting lifted off their seat with some of the bumps. If this bus had airbags, they did not work at all and the springs were way too stiff. The air conditioning worked very poorly with several rows freezing with coats on and other rows being uncomfortably hot. The driver kept having to make u-turns in parking lots, at least 7 times. I do not think his attention to detail was very good or he was using a very out of date GPS system. In my opinion the management of the company should not have even offered this bus for this trip.

WE had an absolute ball going out to the Angus Barn for my wifes retirement party. Dave, our driver, even participated in our surprise for her by coming indoors at the appropriate time, shocking her as she thought she would be doing the driving, and adding to a number of other surprises we had for her. The party van was well equipped, and the driver even shared some candid photos he snapped of the family whooping it up and singing in the back party area. Very professional service. We will use them again.

Still a great service but they've added several non-hybrid cars. It's now mostly plain ol' Towncars, apparently because of the rules imposed by the national limo booking agencies that Ecostyle works with. A bit sad for this bleeding green heart.

After 3 or 4 days of speaking with 3 different office staffers and not getting a return phone call , we were ready to give up. We knew we were asking for something different; we wanted someone who knew the area ; could give us a tour with history ; and allow for walking, for example on the museum grounds and university campuses. It was xmas day so maybe the office was scrambling for someone available but they only needed to relay that to us. They finally came back with the name of a driver. Jose was all we could have asked for and more. He knew every date for every building , he knew the history of the Duke family, the Universities ; he took us through Raleigh ,Durham, and Chapel Hill and was constantly telling us something with historic interest. He even gave my husband a running commentary on the highways and byways. He knew we were moving to Durham. I encourage Ecostyle to expand their horizon to offer and advertise this type of tour; The Triangle is growing and new people are coming to explore , to say nothing of Freshmen parents who might want to get a feel for the towns. I also encourage you to be more forthcoming and communicative. You almost lost a $65.00 an hour ,5 hour tour group!!

I last minute needed someone to pick up my boyfriend from the Raleigh Airport and called EcoStyle at 9 p.m. saying that I needed a car service for 11 p.m. Scott was the man I spoke with on the phone and I have NEVER had BETTER customer service in my life. He was so kind and so understanding. He made the process smooth and easy. The flight was even delayed by another 2 hours and EcoStyle had already been tracking the flight to make sure they would be there when it landed. My boyfriend said that the driver was so polite and finding the car outside of baggage claim was no problem at all. I can't recommend this company enough. I would rate this company 10 stars if I could.

EcoStyle did a great job transporting my wedding guests between the hotels and venue. I booked one 55-person bus and did two trips and it worked out great. They were on time and, according to my guests, very friendly and courteous. It was simple to book and the price was appropriate.

After using EcoStyle I will never call a taxi again! Every driver that I have encounterd has been friendly and on time- not to mention the prices are fantastic for luxury travel. The fact that i am reducing my carbon footprint by using EcoStyle is icing on the cake!

From start to finish, this was the best customer service ever. The phone rep was personable, efficient and without my even mentioning it, addressed the uneasiness I was feeling about arranging a 12:20 a.m. pick up for a ride far outside the city limits by myself. EcoStyle was the only good thing about a really long, horrible day of travel. I ended up arriving at 2:10 a.m. My driver called as soon as my plane landed to let me know he was there and exactly where he was parked. He had ice cold bottled water waiting and knew exactly the route to my home. The next business day a receipt arrived in my email. The entire transaction was so smooth and professional, genuinely impressive.
