During these times of uncertainty it was great to have people that emphasize with your situation and willing to assist you. Justin did just that. I called a day before I needed the rental to ensure they had vehicles. After we spoke of the logistics I went online and reserved the vehicle. Having to take off time from work, get a vehicle to pack up my daughter's dorm room hours away and return in a timely manner my stress levels were a little high. The process was a breeze. Justin was there in the morning when I picked up the vehicle. He adjusted the seats inside the vehicle so it would be easy for me to load it up. They ensured there was space at the rental location for me to leave my car which my daughter picked up later that day. Shaniya went over all the logistics on her trusty iPad and quickly sent us on our way. In the return the next morning Justin was there to greet me and drop me off home. Thank you Enterprise Staff for being there in a time of need. It is greatly appreciated. We will definitely be back again.

Imagine going to rent a car only to be confronted with a CSI scene. The car was splattered with blood down the passenger side and over both door handles and doors. Dont know if human or animal but definitely blood. When I questioned the biohazard, the associate, Ryan, looked at me and said, "I guess we can wash it off if you really want." Like how is that a question and in what world is this okay? He was completely indifferent. I asked for a different car and he responded with "I am afraid we can't rent to you." He then walked off. I was absolutely dumb-struck. At the end, they ended up washing the car and I rented it but not without a great deal of intervention(2 hrs worth). Do NOT expect good customer service nor a clean and biohazard free experience at this location. The manager also never reached out.

Confirmed reservations means nothing I've had multiple bad experiences with Enterprise, but the most recent one finally pushed me to write this review. I reserved a full-size car in advance and showed up on time, only to be told they had nothing but two minivans left -- and the office was closing in 30 minutes. No heads-up, no options, no apology -- just "this is all we have." This has happened before, too. I've gone to three or four locations in the past where I was told "no cars available" after I had a confirmed reservation. Sometimes I'd get a call last-minute, sometimes no call at all. But they always seem happy to let you waste gas and time showing up. It's frustrating to be told you have a vehicle confirmed, only to find out it doesn't mean anything. People make plans based on these bookings -- and for some of us, it affects work, travel, or family events. Enterprise needs to stop overbooking and start valuing people's time. I won't be renting from them again unless their process seriously changes.

Awful Customer Service. They denied my wife and refused to run her Visa for payment. She was told to find another mode of transportation. She is essentially disabled and can't move well, so she was forced to walk away. She ended up paying less for an uber, Thanks UBER!!

They do not honor their reservations. The called and told me they didn't have a minivan 9 minutes before they closed at 6pm. I called back at 6:03pm and nobody answered. They are Garbage

The employees that work there scams people their money give them random deals that they don't need and making them pay extra fees I will not recommend coming to this enterprise or probably either of them they lost my trust.

it's been a long time since I rented from here and I must say I was definitely hesitant due to previous managers and employees. but enterprise you definitely cleaned house and I must say this new staff is well worth coming back and renting from this location again. Matthew was my rep and did amazing job. great customer service and overall made my experience with location a great one.

I arrived to pick up my sedan. They only had SUVs. They wanted to charge me more for a BMW sedan. I explained I rented a sedan because I was visiting elderly relatives. They finally agreed to no up charge. Now back home I see in my credit card statement they charged me twice. I notified the company and they responded send us info from your credit card company so I took screen shots of the two charges. Now they have emailed me back that it will take the 3-14 days to resolve. Lesson learned. Won't rent from this company again.

I rented a car from Enterprise on Nov. 12 in Austin, TX at the airport. I have never been spoken to like I was under someone for reading a car. The associate was female, young and quite RUDE. There was no line so there wasn't a rush. I'd like to know whom I speak to in higher up offices yi explain full details if my transaction. I onlybrent from Enterprise. Looks like now I'll be doing elsewhere when rental is needed. I'd like A reply ASAP. THANKS IN ADVANCE.
