We traveled to Raleigh from NYC for a family emergency. We arrived at 10:30pm, with no reservation. We were treated with the utmost courtesy, compassion and kindness. We were immediately accommodated, and our rooms were clean and comfortable. Our time spent there was truly exceptional. Special love being sent to Deidra, and all the lovely associates we encountered. 5 stars is not enough.

From the time I walked in the door the staff were welcoming and helpful. I was here for a conference. The conference room was comfortable, the room was spacious and lovely. It was clean, comfortable, and safe.

Stayed here for two nights while in the area down Raleigh to see my guys Reese & Vog at the YGO tournament. This is a 13min drive from downtown Raleigh, and has a mall up the road, and a decent amount of amenities around it. Upon checkin it was obvious this isn't your standard Hampton Inn - the decor was LOUD (carpets like a casino, large chandeliers, mirrors on the walls, and high grade porcelain tiling. Was really cool and had me dialed in from the start. The room was also nice and spacious. I have a keen ability to randomly select the accessible room every time I select a room, and I don't even try so that could have also contributed to the size of the room. Updated TV with Netflix, my name was on the tele when we checked in, and plenty of decor in the common areas etc. First morning was powder eggs, but I will say that the waffle mix was made perfectly for a nice crispy waffle that was fluffy on the inside, and they had a large amount of sliced pound cakes stocked which you don't see at many Hamptons. The second morning they had western omelettes which pushed this from a 4.5 star to 5 star. Lobby restroom was also very loud with room stalls for the toilets, loud red counter sinks etc. Really liked this place and I would argue this is in the top 3 Hampton Inn's I've stayed in, period. Well done.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights for a business trip. It's in a quiet area and the room I had on the 6th floor was great and no complaints. I love that they don't clean your room everyday however you can request it. I only had the morning breakfast buffet once, but it was good. Plenty of food choices. I took advantage of the meal discount up the hill at the Hilton twice; my meals (dinner) were very good and the service there is excellent. I want to give a special shout out to the front desk staff but Aliesa for providing excellent customer service :) I would definitely stay here again.

Five nights here and it was as good as another other Hampton I have stayed at, and I've stayed at close to two dozen just year to date. I booked a room with two queen beds and I was assigned a room with two queen beds. On the 5th floor, facing the front of the hotel, so there was a little bit of street noise but not too much. I did not hear any hallway noise and they have slow-close doors so I was not disturbed by slamming doors. No noise from neighbors (the hotel was close to completely booked two nights) but I did hear the occasional water noise in the pipes. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The sheets were great and I had plenty of towels. One looked like maybe it hadn't gotten a full wash but there were more than enough of others. I did have the DND off the door one day and they did a good job of resetting the room and restocking stuff. My room did have a coffee service and I grabbed some creamer packets from the coffee station in the lobby. The room did not have a fridge and I did not request one. Breakfast was well cared for and fully stocked with eggs, breakfast meat, potatoes, yogurts, juices, breads and toaster, cereals and juices. Clean and orderly. What could have gone better? . The room had a thick "plastic fresh" smell the entire week and I could not open the windows to get rid of it. . The work desk was decent but quite high with a low chair. For a 6' tall guy, it was a little odd sitting on a pillow but it worked. . Wifi was very slow in the evenings but usable the rest of the day. There is a restaurant across the way in the Hilton Garden Inn, but otherwise you're going to have a short drive to the mall where there are dozens of options. I would stay in this property again. We are all entitled to our own opinions, right? Well... here is mines: Parking: 5 Location: 5 Customer Service: 5 Facility décor/cleanliness: 5 Straight up 5 STARS! This location ROCKS! Love the decor and the vibes. Its a fun vibrant feel from the front door all the way up to the room. Awesome artwork throughout the hotel and neat sculptures. The rooms are your typical hotel floorplan but this Hampton has killer bathrooms. That was my favorite part. There is a sweet pool and workout facility on the grounds. There is lots of cool sitting areas to host little meetings as well. Check them out!

We stayed here after a water leak at our home. Every morning for breakfast, Stevania would help me get together waffles and fruit for the kids to bring up to our room while they dressed for school. She'd ensure they had an extra banana for snack. The entire staff was so kind about our situation; even giving an extra bottle of water to the kids for sports practice. It made the stress of home repair so much more manageable to have Stevania and the Hampton team truly treating us like family. Thank you!!!

No problem at all with my stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Raleigh Crabtree Valley. Outside of saying and/or remembering the name, everything with this hotel has gone pretty smoothly. Check-in was quick and polite. The room was decent. Breakfast was pretty standard Beds were comfy Shower was fine I can't fault the hotel for anything really. But it also didn't really WOW me... which is why I rated it 4 stars. Whilst my stay went smoothly... there was nothing that really impressed me. It was pretty standard by all accounts. After looking at other hotel ratings in the area... I can be very happy about that. And basically, as long as you provide me a comfy bed without bugs of any sort... I'm pretty much set. Check out was quick and efficient and parking was easy. Like I said... it checked all the boxes for what I needed those two nights. But in 1-2 years... I'm probably gonna get it mixed up with another hotel stay cause nothing really stood out. Sorry this review is so boring.

Had a one night stay here on a Thursday night. It appears that as of June 2019 this property is basically brand new. I think I've seen almost all of the versions of Hampton properties and I gotta say, I don't love the interior decorating/design of the lobby area of this one. It feels really dark. There are huge windows in the breakfast areas but still upon arrival it felt a bit too high brow for the brand. But that's just my opinion. Check-in was friendly and efficient. The room was ok. I feel like the TV was really far away from the bed but I liked how the bed faced the window. Also, the shower is exactly how I want the shower to be in my future home. I appreciated the ample parking and the convenience to Crabtree and North Hills (though that U-turn is kind of a pain). All in all a nice stay. I know it's strange but I think i like some of the older models of Hamptons better. To be clear, would I stay here again? Absolutely!

Convenient location. Nice newer building, lobby and general facilities. Room was clean but odd layout. TV stuck in corner made viewing a challenge from easy chair or bed. More surprised that for a property of this age brand/genre was neither small refrigerator nor microwave. No note pad or pen either! Really!!!!???? Kicker was having NO MAID SERVICE. Left room in early AM and came back that evening to find room untouched. Desk clerk shrugged and could not care less. Had to ask for clean towels, etc. Folks, this 2020 and it isn't a flea bag!!! So much for having a "Hilton Honors" card!!! Not staying there again.
