Bed bugs during my stay. Contacted the front desk and they offered to move me rooms after saying "I am not sure how to handle this I need to call my manager." I decided to move hotels because if there are bed bugs in one room chances are they are all over! No manager call or contact. Was on a business trip and still waiting for a refund. That's the least they can do. Terrible customer service! Also when I contacted the manager Denzel, he claims a company came to check it out and that they only found an ant. Since when do ants bite you in clusters and have an oval shaped body. LOL. I have traveled for business for 10 years and this isn't my first time coming across this type of thing. The funny thing is not even a phone call happened to tell me that is what was found! If someone leaves your property for bed bugs you should probably contact them right away. Horrible customer service. Skip this hotel.

Nice new hotel close to the expressway. The room even smelled new. We got a 2 queen bed studio suite on the first floor. It had a kitchen with a microwave, a small full-sized refrigerator, a dishwasher and a sink. It also had a couch and a desk with a chair. The bathroom had a hair dryer, hand bar soup, and the following pumps attached to the wall: Hand soap Lotion Shower gel Shampoo Conditioner The shower gel was good because it didn't make my skin itch! Check-in was super easy and the front desk staff constantly checked in to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Shout outs to Jacob, Stephanie, Liz, Shanicka and Ashley!! Breakfast consisted of premade omelettes (cheese and ham and cheese with peppers), breakfast sandwiches, cereal, muffins, yogurt, apples, oranges, coffee, tea and various juices. I enjoyed the ham and cheese omelette and a juice from the machine. The rooms are cleaned every other day (not every day), which was fine by me because I would rather no one come in the room while I'm staying there anyway. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Overall, my family enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We have a toddler, so a few days before we arrived, I called the hotel and checked to see whether they would have a travel crib (i.e., a pack 'n play) for him. They reassured me that they did and that they would set it up beforehand in the room for me. Then, the day of our stay, the hotel texted me and asked if they could do anything for us. I once again asked them if they could set up the travel crib for us, and they told me they'd have it ready. Of course, when we arrived, there was no travel crib set up, and we had to wait for the front desk to bring one up (and then we had to set it up). Not a huge deal, but when you have a potentially cranky toddler, it's nice if the hotel follows through with what they promised. The hotel room was very nice! We enjoyed the door that separated our living area from the bedroom, although we wished that the bathroom had a bathtub as opposed to just a shower. I liked that the hotel included silverware and glassware for us to use, as well as a a microwave and refrigerator. The location of the hotel was also very convenient for getting to different areas of Cary / Durham / Raleigh / Chapel Hill. Our stay in general was pretty uneventful, although we did have some issues with the outdoor pool. First, our keycard didn't work to get into the pool area. The front desk person let us in (via reaching over to the other side of the door and opening it - I guess that's one way to do it!) and the pool was nice enough, although the sun was shining in our eyes the whole time :) When we were ready to come back in, the keycard once again didn't work to let us back into the hotel! Someone had to run around to the front and come save us. Not ideal, especially with a toddler in tow, but also not the end of the world. Overall, despite the minor issues, we had a really nice time at this Home2 Suites and would definitely come back.

I like the hotel, it's clean and conveniently located. What I didn't like was the lack of quality service. Most staff acted like they were being imposed on when checking in, asking a question, etc.

Hands down one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious! I will definitely stay here again!

Actually, the hotel was fine, most of the staff was fine, although the breakfast was VERY WEAK, but everything else would've been OK. My problem is this. The manager, when I had a very easy problem to discuss, never responded to calls, emails, voicemails, or texts. A simple conversation ended up taking me a lot of time due to the manager's non-response. After finally reaching her, there was a "who cares"attitude. I'm a diamond member that was treated like crap. Stay somewhere else! Show this manager and owner that we no longer accept rude and terrible service. There are plenty of other good hotels nearby.

I recently had my first visit to Raleigh, North Carolina, and stayed at this hotel--and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, Susanne and Tatianna went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out and made my stay unforgettable. Thanks to them, I felt right at home in a new city. I will absolutely be staying at this hotel again on my next trip to Raleigh!

This Home2 Suites is so new and pristine that it even has an unmistakable 'new hotel smell'. This hotel is in a fantastic location to access the airport along with points of interest in the Raleigh Durham area. The area is nice and safe, and there's plenty of good parking. Checkin was absurdly easy with the mobile app. The room works really well for families with the foldout sofa, room divider, and full kitchen amenities. All fixtures were functional, upscale, and basically brand new. Overall, this was pretty much a perfect stay. My only complaint is the below average hot breakfast offering, but there is a McDonalds next door to pick up the slack.

I loved this hotel so much, I came back a month later. I stick to my initial review, but on this trip I did make a trip downstairs to check out the free breakfast. It could use a lot of work. The food was scattered, as an example the grits were in between the coffee cups and cereal selection . Pre cooked "folded" eggs, no meat selection and waffles. The dishes are ceramic and placed in cubbies around the room. Overall, the room set up is confusing as to where you start a don what your options are: least we forget, the coffee is in an entirely different location by the front lobby door. The options weren't very attractive so I have no option on food quality. Maybe rearrange the room setup to make more sense and it would be more welcoming. Overall, this is my favorite Raleigh spot for location and cleanliness.
