First off !!! Pull up to the drive thru waiting to be greeted...no problem. But the way we was greeted is where I have the problem. My husband was with me and he was like "hello". The guy gonna say, "is you gonna be using your mobile app bro". Like where is the customer service that yall was on our backs about when we was working at McDonald's 11-10 years ago. Then yall want people to be spending their money on some customer service like that! So I called the store to speak with a manager. Supposedly, I told him the problem. I said do you be wearing a headset to hear how your people talking through the speaker greeting the customers? He goes yeah, I said okay so is it professional to be calling somebody "bro" at the speaker ?! He starts laughing ! lol. listen if it was funny I would of laughed but the customer service is always so poor here during night. Like all I wanted was an ice cream cone

This has to be the worst MCDONALD'S in the Raleigh Triad.... They are very slow and when I say slow I mean not even acknowledge that you are at the establishment.... (Waited 15 min at drive thru speaker) before leaving because no one came on the speaker ... have given this location a couple of visits and it's always a negative experience please don't waste your time or money.... Probably the worst McDonald's ever. Food is meh. Service is worse. Go to the one behind the mall or really any other one. Forgotten items, cold fries, slow service, and a bit of a downer to be near.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. The night crew is utterly horrible and disrespectful. The manager was running the window, as she does often, but her attitude was extra disrespectful tonight. She got my food wrong and blamed me! I prefer the Brier Creek location! They really need more help at night and a new night manager. Please choose staff who are customer focused!
