Went thru the drive they for soup & a muffin. Service was friendly and prompt. The soup was yummy & I'm addicted to their blueberry muffins. Like ADDICTED!! At 440 calories a muffin, I need to chill. I do not come to Panera for anything else, so I can't speak on any other food item. It is located in a shopping center very close to BJs, so you should stop buy after a day of shopping or for a quick bite.

I normally love this seasonal salad but not this time. I was about half way through eating it when I saw that some of the lettuce was bad. I went to the garbage and got rid of the bad pieces but took a picture of one of them. I hope I don't get sick.

Have to start this review by saying I'm a big-time Panera fan. Usually a consistent go-to while traveling for work. This store is dirty, and the service is slow and checked-out. Someone from corporate needs to come in and fix this.

Today like every morning I go to Panera to get my Zip club membership, coffee and today at my daughter school. It's bring your teacher gift so all the places I could've went. I chose to grab her a fruit cup this morning. I asked the associate in the drive-through that's there every morning For my coffee my sausage scrambler because I wanted to utilize my two dollar reward as it's my birthday week and fruit for my daughter. Teacher turned into a 2 to 3 minute drive-through experience. I was there for nine minutes why they had four different people come to the window, including the manager to keep asking me. What is the problem when all I wanted them to do was put my daughter's teachers fruit cup in a separate bag and put the sticker on it to fill it, it was uncomfortable for me and my third grader quite often. I travel from Durham every morning for work and I can go to two of the Panera but I always try to patronize the one here in Raleigh on capital blvd. yet each morning that I come in I always leave feeling confused unaccepted and targeted. I work in an educational environment so I have to go in early mornings but today it's about 742 and that has me a little confused. I don't know that I would encourage other educators to start their morning at Panera on capital Boulevard good after four people employees including a manager I was able to get my cuppa coffee, my sausage, scrambler, and my fruit cup in a bag you beat the judge of how you want your morning to start.

Just wondering how the new store manager is doing VICTOR. He was at the panera bread in chapel hill on Franklin Street which happen to be the WORST STORE IN THE REGION. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT ONE.

Similar to any other Panera Bread with the exception that parking can sometimes be challenging. Their lobster roll is pretty decent but keep in mind, this isn't a true seafood restaurant so it won't compare. I usually always opt for the Pick 2 soup and salad combination. If you're a true pizza lover, do not get their flatbread, you will be disappointed. Otherwise, all else good. Service is always quick and even if you opt for curbside pickup they are usually quick. Currently they're running a free unlimited drink special which is a great deal if you frequent Panera often.

Ordered via drive thru several times and I made the mistake several times of not thoroughly checking --they would forget either my bagel or cream cheese and/or they would send me to drive to the front of the restaurant to wait on my order and still forget some of my order. I never thought to really have to check my order since I always see the manager do a check prior to make sure orders are correct prior to placing it on the pickup area. Their food service is horrible for some cafeteria quality. I just kept giving it a go since it's not completely unhealthy and have a drive thru. Would not recommend to spend $25-40 bucks to always have your simple food orders messed up.

My family ordered from here the other week, we had three pick 2 meals. We had waited awhile as their delivery timer kept increasing on when they would arrive.1 order arrived minus 1/2 the meal. I called the store and got their voicemail that explained it was during peak hours, and that basically - they were too busy and they didn't think customers who called deserved attention- that I could hold until it hung up on me. I did this 3 times (that's not the actual wording - but what poorly worded customer service messaging conveys). So I called the Corp customer service #, which took awhile to get someone who could help me, who put me on hold till They could reach someone. So end of the story - 45 minutes to get someone. I have a credit for one meal. My family didn't get to eat together that night, and I just have a bad taste on the whole chain. In truth the only reason we go their ever is my wife loves their chicken broccoli soup. But for me I can take them or leave them.

I ordered bagels and cream cheese online for early am pickup the next morning. When I arrived my order was not on the to go shelf. I inquired and it was determined that I ordered from the wrong store! :( Patrick the manager offered to make up my order and cancel order from other store for me. As he was canceling my order the woman that fulfills orders assured me she would take care of me asap. She was gracious and pleasant during the entire experience. I really appreciate the entire store helping me fulfill my order despite my error. Thank you again!
