Since relocating from New York, I have not had a decent bagel. Raleigh is known for biscuits, not bagels. I had a hard time finding somewhere to fulfill my craving. I was desperate and ordered from Panera but was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my lunch. I decided on a everything bagel toasted with chive/onion cream cheese and paired it with a Mediterranean bowl with avocado for lunch. It arrived packed to perfection with fresh ingredients. My bagel was super fresh and one of the better everything bagels I've had with not a lot of salt and toppings crumbling off. My salad is excellent. Fresh veggies and ripe avocado. I will definitely return to dine in.

Not worth the price I ordered the Pick 2 today for $16.96, and I have to say it was a letdown. The half sandwich was very small, just a few bites, and to make it worse, it wasn't even warm. For nearly $17, I expected better like something fresh, hot, and filling. Panera used to feel like a solid choice for a quick, quality meal, but the portion sizes and overall quality have really gone downhill. Definitely not worth the price, and I'll be rethinking future visits.

I stopped to get a breakfast soufflé after donating blood. Unfortunately they were sold out much to my disappointment...oh well. There was also a sewage type order around entry way door sidewalk. Also noticed a pair of black women's panties on the side walk when I exited. So overall not too great an impression/experience.

Ordered a French ciabbatta dipper and a large brisk raspberry iced tea. After trying the tea, it's like half water and half tea. It's completely watered down. I then walk back up to the desk to grab my order, and immediately smell what can only be described as a healthy, fiber filled turd. After I walked away with my order, thinking it was just from the bathroom nearby, the smell was still there. I then figured out it was the steak in my sandwich that smelled like that. I obviously didn't eat the sandwich after finding this out. This location is an absolute pigsty and should be shut down immediately. Im not even mad, its truly hilarious how you can be this rancid at a usually pleasant cafe chain

Save yourself the trouble by going to the next closest Panera. Serving size is alarmist always half of what it should be compared to other locations. come to find out it's not the staff, it's the manager shorting the food. We make the mistake by returning every so often only to wonder why we did. this will be our last visit to this location.

A restaurant shouldn't start all their closing procedures an hour before closing like closing their registers. This particular location has done this.I would highly recommend trying other locations, it's a shame since the location and ambience are perfect.

There's a reason why all the local Panera breads are 3 star and less, they are all owned by one person, Joe B: The new franchise agreement stretches the territory east to include Rocky Mount and Greenville and southwest to Moore County's golf resorts. Bastian thinks the next cafe outside the Triangle will go in Pinehurst If you find a better location, it's probably a location heading west of Raleigh.

Love Panera but no matter the time of day the coffee is always lukewarm. Im a hot coffee lover but guess at this Panera will have to switch to iced coffee. Would have given 5 stars but need good coffee

I've always been a big fan of Panera Bread. Their ingredients are always fresh and tasty. I also appreciate that they change their menu seasonally. It seems like they are always reinventing themselves and keeping up with what their customers want. This location was very clean with great customer service. My meal was ready quickly with exactly what I ordered. I also love their frequent customer rewards program. This visit I ordered the ham & Swiss on rye and it was delicious. The bread seemed just out of the oven. I also got the Fuji chicken salad sans chicken. I love the apple chips, pecans, and sweet dressing on this salad. This is one chain restaurant that I will keep frequenting.
