We had some issues with the order due to a missing ingredient, but that one was my fault. However, there was an added ingredient that I didn't specify on the order. I found there was red sauce/pizza sauce in the tray, when the ticket specifically said NO Pza/Sauce. When I called about the issue, Tamika answered the phone and was extremely aggressive and rude. She said that she made the order and that there was no red sauce. I further explained that I was looking right at the food and there's the red sauce. Please see the photos. She then asked if I wanted to talk to her boss, and Amanda came to the phone. She then said that SHE made the order and that there was no red sauce. Again, I explained that I was looking right at the food and there is the red sauce. I told her that I didn't know what else to tell her because I was looking at it. I was not aggressive, I was not rude, and I was keeping my tone pleasant. There was no reason for aggression. I wanted a refund, but she could only do a free coupon, but that I would have to come into the store. She then wanted to know specifically what day and time I'd be coming in. Given I'm in the midst of planning a funeral, I couldn't give her specifics. She then said to come in whenever. I asked her if she needed my name, she said "No" and that "She knew who I was", which honestly made me uneasy. This was an incredibly stressful experience for a simple issue. The unnecessary apprehension and gaslighting I received was awful.

Went for the first time last night to pick up a thin crust thai chicken pizza. After baking it, I ate 2 pieces and literally threw the rest in the garbage. All I tasted was what seemed like an entire a bottle of Thai sweet chili sauce and cheap cheese. The sweet sauce dripped down my chin as I bit through the thick and chewy, but not creamy or melty, cheese. Oh, and one of the 2 employees who was "wearing" a mask had it pulled down below his nose as he was standing at the counter making other pizzas. What's the point if you aren't covering your mouth and nose? Won't ever be going back. Photo included in case you doubt that I really tossed the remaining 3/4 of what should have been good pizza.

I've passed by my local PM a few times over the past year and have always wanted to try it. I thought today was the perfect day to do so. First, I'd like to point out that this place is "take & bake", which means their pizza is handed to you uncooked. I personally thought this was relatively clear, but it seems (in reading other reviews) it may not always be advertised that way. Anyway, I was impressed by how easy it was to order and how quickly my order was ready. Once I arrived at home, I followed the included instructions. Because I didn't bake it right away, I put it in the fridge and took it out an hour before I planned to bake it. The baking instructions were relatively easy to follow and the pizza came out quite yummy! The crust was nice and golden, cheesy perfectly melted and the other toppings baked all the way through. If you're tired of chain pizza delivery, give this place a try. It's like buying frozen pizza out of the grocery store with locally owned pizza eatery quality.

Rude to me instantly as I came in. The lady instantly had an attitude before I got a chance to say anything and treated me like the most idiotic person when i realized they don't serve cooked pizza although that is what's advertised. Huge pizza guy and I've wanted to try this place forever and she herself made me never want to go..go to another location; save yourself. Or go across the street to "Salvios"

I love Papa Murphy's! Their toppings taste so fresh and the pizzas are always delicious. For my beau's birthday this year instead of surf & turf, he wanted....you guessed it...Papa Murphy's. Which is funny only because it meant that we ate Papa Murphy's two days in a row because I ordered it the previous day for dinner also. We don't do a lot of chain places but Papa Murphy's is one that we will order from time and time again. One of the best thin crust pies out there!

Online ordering system for mobile is convoluted however they do offer a reasonable amount of customization options including half and half pizzas. Order ahead and picking up in store was quick and efficient. Baking the pizza was simple and came out excellent, much better then the 99 cent Walmart frozen pizzas my wife buys regularly. Smores desert pizza was good as well and provided a unique alternative to traditional deserts.

They show cooked pizzas on website, but then they come uncooked completely. Beware of the fact that you need to cook it yourself. Looked really good, but since I'm not from around here and I'm staying in a hotel I couldn't cook it.

It is not very clear that the pizza does not come cooked. The guy laughed in our faces when we asked to return it or have it cooked. Terrible service. F*** you papa Murphy!!
