For my 1,000th review on Yelp, I decided to give this special spot to Postino, one of my favorite restaurants in the Triangle area! I've been to Postino's quite a few times now. I was introduced to them during a Yelp Elite event and ever since then, I keep coming back for more. The decor is inviting and warm, especially during the day when it's not as busy, it's more intimate. In the evening, Postino's is full of life and the energy is infectious. All of the staff here at Postino's is wonderful. We've never had any issues whatsoever. Service has always been top notch. As much as I love the staff and cozy atmosphere, it's the delicious and memorable food that has me asking my husband, "can we go to Postino's? I'll pay!" We always start with the meatballs and goat cheese appetizer. It's delicious and comforting. We also share a bruschetta board. We absolutely love the sweet and spicy pepper jam with goat cheese, that's probably our favorite to share. When they had the French onion, that was by far the best one ever! I wish the French onion was on their permanent menu. Our second favorite is the Brie, apple, and fig spread. We've tried many of their choices but from their permanent menu, the pepper jam and Brie bruschettas are our absolute must-gets. While we indulge in carbs, we also order a pitcher of beer each. These equate to about 2.5 pints so it's not a true pitcher, but enough for individuals if you're too selfish to share the devil's nectar. Postino is amazing and I'm so glad I found them through Yelp!

Food was good, laid back intimate vibes, service was slow, good happy hour specials. The decor was fun and hip. Lighting is low and dim with candles. This would be a great place for a date night or a casual hangout or dinner. The kids options are great and the portions are generous. The apple slices were thin cut but the kids didn't like them because they were salted presumably to keep them from browning. The house fried chips didn't taste too fresh and inconsistently seasoned, a lot were bland. The Chef's charcuterie board was lovely and had a great variety of items. I thought the hummus was really fantastic. Service was friendly but slow with big gaps in between orders when people wanted to order more drinks. There were also QR codes on the table promoting a buy a $100 gift card get $30 gift card deal but when we asked our server about it she said she would ask her manager about it (we had questions) and she never did. For 3 young children and 4 adults we ordered 3 kids meals, sweet potato fries, chef's charcuterie, shrimp scampi (its by weight but we got 5 shrimp to share and it comes with artichokes), 2 prosciutto and Brie paninis, two Italian beef dip (which I HIGHLY recommend. It was so delicious, definitely the best item on the menu to order by far), hot donut dots, and olive oil cake. Both desserts were delicious and moist. We wanted to order the meatballs with goat cheese as well but they were out of it. We also ordered a $6 pitcher of one of the rotating drinks on tap which was a Firestone grapefruit hef (yum but depends on what you're into), prickly pear marg, Negroni, and a couple other drinks I can't remember. All of the drinks were solid. Def come here for the drinks. The food is good too but it's also mainly paninis which is pretty casual food for the price. If you do order food, the select two option is a great value. Italian beef and the chopped chicken salad is the way to go!

Woow, this was a great find. Beautiful indoor/outdoor restaurant with a great patio for events (they were having one when we were there). Beautiful decor and an inside bar. The place was busy but they were able to seat us right away without a reservation. We ordered the choose 4 to build your own Bruschetta. The OMG grilled cheese which comes with tomato soup and the chicken and mozzarella panini. Everything was delicious. Worth checking out!!

Loved this place! Warm and inviting. Spectacular service! Great food and reasonable pricing. Loved the Bruschetta board. Our only critique was that we wished we had more goat cheese! Excellent wine list. Highly recommend for a lunch or dinner outing with group of friends or family.

My friend and I popped in for dinner and splitting a bruschetta flight and chef's charcuterie board was plenty for the both of us. The vibes of Postino are immaculate. The prices great. The food and mocktails fantastic. For out flight we ordered (pictured bottom to top): Mushroom mascarpone Sweet n spicy pepper jam with goat cheese Prosciutto, fig, and mascarpone Ricotta, dates, pistachio Not pictured is outdoor patio seating and yes! They're dog friendly! Highly recommend if you're in the area. There is plenty of parking as it is on the corner of a shopping center.

We decided to visit five points while visiting Raleigh. This is such a cute area. We had to try Postino and we did not regret. We had the lunch and a fresh glass of cucumber lemonade which was delicious. The ambience of this place is incredible. We love how the place is set up and how open and airy it feels. We didn't want wait for a full table so we sat at the bar and had our lunch there. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The food was delicious, let me tell you that every bite was heaven. The flavors were just riquisimos . Thank you for such an amazing experience.

I recommend reserving a table, especially if you're a larger group. I came here with a group of 5 friends without a reservation and got seated right away, but in the lounge/couch area. It was very hard to hear each other because the seating was so spaced out. It was also very warm because the door to the patio was left open right next to us. I wouldn't recommend sitting here if you can help it! We split two of the bruschetta boards and Nick's board. The bruschetta was good and they have a variety of flavors to choose from. The pimento cheese and pretzel bites were the stars on Nick's board for me. We all got different wines and had no complaints! I also got the brussels sprouts salad which was so yummy. The service was very slow. We were there for about 2 hours and sat with empty drinks for a while. I'm thinking maybe it was just because it was so busy and we were in the lounge area. Overall, this is a good spot for smaller, lighter bites and drinks. I'll be back, but with a reservation next time!

Fun little wine bar with a great menu. The salad was amazing, we also got the bruschetta board which was decent, definitely could have used some balsamic in the caprese or salt and pepper but would definitely come back and try some other dishes! Service was great, we had Steven who was super friendly and attentive.

No, I don't drink alcohol so I cannot give you a review based off of the wine selection. However I can talk all about the food. These guys have an amazing sandwich list and I'm sure the food pair is great with the wands. If you're looking for a cozy spot to have a nice night, owl, date, night, this is a great suggestion. This spot is so local and in a great space in the village district. We've been twice now and experienced great service from the team, the food is always hot and it comes out in a great expeditious time. Can't wait to return.
