always 5 stars today i ordered from the rudest man over the phone and then went to your restaurant and was treated by the same man with such distain that if i hadn't been in before i would never go back! i have been a customer for over 15 some yrs, love your food always received exceptional friendly customer service. i work in retail and constantly give referrals to my customers for your restaurant. i was so affended by his behavior while i was telling my co worker about the bad experience, she said he did and treated her the same exacy way earlier today! after reading your reviews it's apparent 'no matter how good your food is' his entitled rude unfriendly attitude needs to work behind closed doors. neither one of us have ever see him before and hope to never again.

The vegetarian burrito was good. For having "salsa fresh" as their name, you think you'd get more than a few tablespoons of salsa. All casual Mexican-style restaurants offer unlimited!

Worst service of any restaurant in Raleigh. Before pandemic was a great place to eat. Service is terrible, food went way downhill. Entitled manager says "no" to any question you have. They don't care if you live or die. Avoid!

When giving me the ramekins for my salsa, the cashier had his fingers inside the containers. Gross! The food and service were both mediocre. Definitely not worth the money.

Food is 6/10 SERVICE 0/10 Cleanliness 5/10 Service is bad, the lady taking orders has an attitude as of your bothering her. I told her "Thank you" and she ignored me. My simple bowl order was incorrect. Rice salty, beef dry This was my 2nd time going and MY LAST. Do yourself a favor and drive to .25 of a mile to Chipotle.

I've eaten here several times over the years and while I've not had a particularly bad experience I've not had a great one either. I typically would call in my order, however based on reviews I decided to go in person and determine if I'd order. Unfortunately, I saw a few things I didn't care for and I felt the staff was disrespectful. So before an order could be placed, I left a placed and ordered elsewhere (Much better experience). Disappointing and I'll not return anytime soon.

I just wanted chips and salsa - only option is 2 oz plastic container of Salsa or a giant 16 oz container - they won't do the 8 oz container. Just a regular size salad they won't do it. So weird - they should change the name if they won't serve chips and salsa.
