This is a great place to grab a coffee. On the other hand, however, the chopped turkey salad (with eggs and other veggies) was fairly basic for the price. Staff was friendly and, overall, I like the vibe and decor of the indoor and outdoor spaces.

The most unfriendly coffee shop in Raleigh. Between the barista pausing to give me a death-stare when I asked for a cup of water after purchasing a $3.50 cup of coffee, to the stuck-up jerks and twats that ignore you when you try to ask them a question about something, this place sure makes you feel (un)welcome!! As a frequent coffee drinker, I'll spend my money elsewhere and encourage others to do the same. I wouldn't want to risk taking a date or friends here with the attitude these people have.

Finally: An easy, accessible, fast, and yet cool breakfast option in a part of Raleigh with a bunch of hotels and *no* places to eat on the weekend. I'm always at events and the like in the area and I frown when I realize I have to drag my carcass a mile or two to get something or wait out a Starbucks line that's DMV-level long. No more! Service was commendable, people were friendly but not forcing it, and the whole jam was fast. Coffee was probably the best I've had in a minute. In fact, a customer who came in at the front asked me how it was, and I told them I fully recommended it. It was and is. My experience? I had bagels both days I went there. My endorsement? I had bagels both days I went there. Cool decor, too. Keep it up, y'all.
