Terrible service. Must hate customers. The sandwich was being made by a very young boy -- looked middle-school age. The boy didn't care at all about assembling the sandwich in an orderly way. Almost no lettuce leaving 2 inches of one end with none. Loose condiments were put into two piles instead of spreading them out. A man took the sandwich from the boy and started wrapping it up before it was finished. And wasn't going to stop. I had to get him to unwrap it to put mayo, mustard, salt/pepper, and oil/vinegar on it. The loose condiments fell off and had to be replaced. I can't believe they make these all day this badly for me every customer. I watched other items being made and none were this sloppy. This is totally unacceptable. I've had other personnel working there make great sandwiches. If I see these people there, I'll leave before I go through this again.

Average Subway's with incredibly efficient staff. Decent amount of parking. Tables were a bit dirty but it's hard to clean them during the lunch rush. I like Subway's but was a tad disappointed when the black cherry cookie I bought was hard as a rock and likely many days old.

This place has lost its edge. Food is overpriced and just isn't that good. Go to a good sub house or supermarket. Service is a zero.

This subway unlike the one on falls of Neuse actually had Italian bread. Yeah. Employee was quick and polite. Made a great sub. Just like any subway location should be able to do. This is the best if found in Raleigh. Has a drive thru!

Very clean, very nice staff. I was able to get in and out quickly on my lunch break. The only thing I don't care for is the parking which can be tricky. They have a very small lot. However other than that the service is top-notch and the food is good.

Good Subway location. Manager (current as of this review) is very nice and friendly. I don't know if it's warranted to drop stars because of this (because it might be Subway policy), but it always seems like I don't get extra "X" when I order with the app - for things like cucumbers, tomatoes, etc. I'll leave it at 5, but if you guys see this I really love my cucumbers and tomatoes and I want more (lol)!!

Sandwich was ok, but ... most fast food franchises, and even most Subways, will still accept a direct mail paper coupon if less than two weeks past expiry. Well, you got an extra $1.25 from me, but it will likely be the last. Between that annoyance and the persistent flies, I think there are better options.

This location is close to my work place so it is easy for me to pick up something quick to eat. The employees are attentive which makes me feel welcomed and they feel comfortable with me because I speak spanish. That's a plus, for us. The food has been fresh everytime I go there and it is always an in and out for me. Never seen a line which is surprising because they are right on Wake Forest Road.

So im going on a late lunch break and my co worker tells me that there's a Subway up the street... so i went. Its in the corner so becareful getting into the parking lot. I vame in and the young lady greeted me with a smile and got my order right away. As i type right now shes cleaning up the veggies and making sure everything is fresh... tables are clean aswell as the floor... great place for lunch or carry out
