Delicious, refreshing, and kind. I got the autumn harvest bowl and the chicken avocado ranch bowl for my husband on a whim because the chick fil a next door was closed on a Sunday and am so glad I did! The ambiance is an airy chipotle vibe, having modest seating, an open view to where they prep the food and serve it. They have both refreshing and savory salads/bowls and you can make your own. The staff who helped me were very patient and considerate, being sure to let me know what they were out of before starting, asking if I was okay with the almonds in case I had an allergy, giving me options on amount of dressing, and even offering to mix the salad for me. Overall, I wish I had signed up for the rewards sooner and I hope to see more of these pop up!

I am a Cava girl through and through. However the new campaign captured my attention and here we are! Ordered the Ranch Baddie Bowl. It's good, knowing what I know now, I'd order an extra ranch dressing. Request less kale, there weren't any sweet potatoes (out of stock) which adds a sweet element - add another element. Just felt like all the other tasty items got lost a little with the kale. A good salad. My order was to go so I can't speak to service. Salad: 4.00

I was so excited when sweetgreen finally opened in Raleigh. However, the food quality here could be improved. The peaches (in the photo) are dull and looked a little old. I have also in the past felt that the sweet potatoes were a bit too salty. The service however is good. The team member that prepared my order was very kind. Overall, it's still a solid quick lunch.

We had Sweetgreen delivered tonight and it was quite good! The rosemary focaccia was delicious, the hummus was very good as well. I actually got a kids meal with grilled chicken and cucumbers, and it was good, perfect portion. We also ordered a miso salmon bowl and it was very good. The ingredients were fresh, the order was correct and everything was very well prepared. Would definitely eat here again.

I visited Sweet Green after some shopping in the area for a fresh option as opposed to more of the same options. The ingredients are fresh and simple. I opted for the Caramelized Garlic Steak Bowl. The establishment is nice and I like the compostable plating and utensils they use. My one drawback were the dirty tables. However; once mentioned. Someone did come out to sanitize them. The aesthetic in this place is super cute. As soon as you walk in, it feels clean. Now the food was mediocre. There are lots of options for your bowls or salads. Everything looked and tasted fresh but there was just nothing special about it. For the prices to be between $15-$20 for a single bowl, I would have hopped to get more food. There weren't many people there so the service was quick! This place is right next to Chick-fil-A in the North Hills shopping center. If you're lucky you can get a spot in the roundabout area, if not, I'd suggest one of the many other food spots.

New at north hills, the hot honey chicken bowl was very good! Also got the focaccia, which was very hard and stale. Also the line moves slowly but once you get through you are good to go!

Totally disappointing. Toppings were skimpy, greens were not fresh, one half full little tub of dressing. I had it delivered, so the greens could have been worse because of the transportation but that should not have affected the other issues. This was not a $19 salad. Never again.

This review is specific to ordering in-person. Quite simply: don't. Arrived on a Wednesday at 1pm; supposedly after the lunch rush, but there were eight people in front of me. With three workers behind the counter, I knew it would take a little time...but after 30 minutes I had to give up because I needed to get back to work. Why were they so slow? For most of the time, at least two of the employees were working on to-go orders. Frequently there would be no one helping walk-ins. Although...based on the facial expressions of the five or six people waiting for their takeout, those weren't being made particularly fast either. Which is also to say that there wasn't an unreasonable number of take-out orders either. I know this because I had plenty of time to count. Are my expectations here unreasonable? I don't think so. Consider Chipotle, which typically has 2-3 people on the assembly line too. It's about as much work to assemble your bowl at Chipotle as at SweetGreen, yet somehow Chipotle is able to complete a customer order in 1-2 minutes. Final note: a coworker stuck it out and got a salad bowl with chicken. When I asked him later how it was, he grimaced and said "not going back." So there's that too.
