Good music, service was snappy, and we enjoyed the mimosa special! Food court is inside and has plenty of options to choose from.

The service is not the greatest at all. I had to wait 7 minutes for a bartender to take me. A bartender was close by to me but was too focused on talking and having a long conversation with three women that were sitting and drinking. He was very positive and talkative but after he ended the conversation with the 3 women he walked away from me. Then another person came and stood beside and waited to get served as well. Then a couple minutes passed by and we were still not getting served and that person got impatient and left while I was still waiting to get served. I called out "excuse me" to get the bartenders attention and he looked at me with a face like if I cussed him out and offended him. I asked a question that they had on a displayed and he sarcastically answered my question. So I left due the impression that he showed me.

I enjoyed my time at Arbor this evening after having dinner with a friend and fellow Elite at Oak City Fish and Chips inside the Morgan St Food Hall. Arbor offers indoor and outdoor seating and we were very happy to have had David as our bartender. He was friendly and professional. He knows how to make a cocktail ! There was a female bartender also who was kind. We ordered a Kentucky Mule and French 75. Both were tasty, served quickly and boozy. Service here was excellent. Bartenders have manners, they can mix a drink and are professional on the patio side. I loved the patio light fixtures and overall idea of this bar. Very relaxing, plenty seating and the perfect place to unwind after the work week. Prices were affordable. This is now one of my favorite places to grab a drink when Downtown.

First stop on our Valentines Double-date was the bar at Morgan Street Food Hall. The ladies got long-stemmed roses and we all received attention and great service. Thanks! I was glad to get a Longboard from Kona Brewery. Full bar available at this centerpiece of Morgan Street Food Hall. We decided to eat at the bar since we were made to feel welcomed. Grabbed sandwiches from Primal Cut and Cousins Maine Lobster, just across the hall. This location is super, so many choices to satisfy everybody in your party. We'll be back and when it's warmer we will be sitting on the outside looking in. Cheers!

Some of the best cocktails I've had! My girlfriend and I loved the drinks we got four, and it was mixed perfectly each time. We enjoyed the food court and sat ourselves at the outside bar as we prepared for a day at the museum. I'd go back every weekend. The bartenders served us quickly and were very communicative.

I'm not sure the blonde lady's name but I'm 100% positive I was a victim profiling and discrimination. I was in line today around 12:30pm to get mimosas for a table. A gentleman (Caucasian) was in front of me ordering mimosas for his table as well. Like any establishment, an ID card is transferred to confirm the purchaser is indeed of drinking age. He received a bucket that included champagne, a carafe of orange juice and three champagne flutes. I requested the same items however, I was told that my friends must come to the bar in order to receive their glasses. I asked the bartender (Caucasian), "Why did you give the customer before three glasses? I didn't see you push the same requirement". She replied, "Well he's 71". I stated, "That still doesn't make it right. You have no idea who he's giving those drinks to. Age doesn't change a thing. He could be a potential predator, who knows". She said, "True". I returned to my table with champagne, and orange juice, but only one champagne flute. I told my friends what had happened and they agreed the bartender was in the wrong. My friend's wife (Caucasian) went to the bar and asked for a champagne flute. She returned with a glass, she told us the bartender clearly had an attitude. The bartender stated it was a new policy. Meanwhile, we see other parties (mostly Caucasian but none African-American) receiving multiple flutes, walking to their respective tables. I like Morgan Food Hall. I've been there multiple times since I've moved to Raleigh. I've never been discriminated against because I was black at this venue. It was clear and blatant. As a current member of the military, I've served 15 years and would never expect this to happen. I'm appalled and disappointed that this bartender had the audacity to act in such a manner. It's unacceptable and a means to termination. Is this who you want representing your business? Is it acceptable for an employee to apply "rules" and perpetuate implicit bias towards customers who are black?

We visited Morgan Street Food Hall on 8/13/22. We had a couple of drinks from The Arbor Bar & Garden. We have a signed receipt for $20. When I received my bank statement, we had been charged $47 from Arbor Bar & Garden. I've looked for a phone number to contact them and cannot find one anywhere. I will be letting my bank know as well. Watch out what you're actually charged for when visiting this bar.

DO NOT LEAVE A TAB OPEN!!! I visited on 10/5/22. I got a drink and left my tab open. A little while later I got a notification my card had been charged $40. I asked the bartender about it and he said that other drinks had mistakenly gotten charged to my tab, but he fixed it and comp'd my drink. Then I come home only to find a $73 charge on my credit card and no contact information for the bar.

This is the bar located within the Morgan Street Food Hall! This bar has both an indoor and outdoor section, with patio seating as well as indoor and bar seating. The bar is full - with drinks ranging from mai-tais and other cocktails to wine to local beers. The bar staff are friendly, though it looks like they're still working out a few kinks to keep business running smoothly, so be patient with them. I would recommend grabbing some bites at the vendors in the food hall, then popping over for a drink. This location is great for groups or dates - whatever suits your fancy!

Oh my goodness, nicest bartender in the world! Such a fun, relaxed atmosphere here, and I can't wait to come back to enjoy Sunday morning mimosas on the patio! What a great way to start a beautiful day exploring Raleigh!
