This one is a toss up for us. The staff was friendly and essence we got our food rather quickly - the food wasn't fresh. When we arrived at this location (they open at 6:30am for Breakfast) the lunch menu was up. We asked if they were serving breakfast and confirmed they were. I let them know the reason I asked was because the menu was for lunch - so it was little confusing as you wouldn't know what to order. I pulled up the app and read off what we wanted. As she told us someone would be out "shortly to change it. We ordered: 2 for 4 menu sandwiches (Bacon, egg, and cheese) Large Seasoned Potatoes Our total: $7 Once we paid, we were parked to wait for the egg to cook. With that, in mind you would thing the entire order would be hot. Nope. The food was lukewarm at best. The fries were the worst - they tasted so old. What a shame. The bread on the sandwich, was the same - it did not taste fresh at all. I ended up just eating the egg and cheese. From the other reviews, this seems to be a common thing. With that, we won't be back.

If you are wanting anything from a Wendys menu, just find another one. This one isnt worth your effort. The staff doesnt like customers or making food and you'll be interrupting their chill time where they stand around and get paid.

They will get your order wrong 100 times. The worst Wendy's location in my opinion. I ordered today 10/09/25 and there's 3 items missing...I can understand one...but 3?!? And this isn't the first time this has happened. I've worked fast food it's not hard to just put someone's order together correctly

This is the last time I visit Wendy's near my place. And I thank God I am moving soon so that I can find a better one. The wait was interminable and there were only three vehicles ahead of me. The truck in front of me got tired of waiting and took off. I nearly followed him but I wanted a baked potato. Every single time I go there they are out of baked potatoes. Every time! Today, wow, they had one left so I grabbed it for later tonight. I wanted two but I'll be happy with one. I ordered a single and said that's all. Then I noticed the queso fries and added that. The girl was clearly put off by this addition, I could hear her over the com with her attitude of "now is that all?!!????" Geez. When I handed her my card, she didn't look at me or say anything. I got my card back and asked for a receipt. I got no answer so I asked again and she mumbled, again without bothering to look at me and said it's in the bag. She obviously was either having a very bad day or hated her job. I'm guessing the second option. Then a young man stepped up to the window and gave me my bag with a smile and a "here you go". I asked him the girl's name and he side-eyed her with his eyebrows raised and softly said Mia. If you are the owner and reading this, she is not good for your business. You should ask a friend to 'shop' her one day and see for yourself. I won't be back.

I wish I could leave no stars. The ambiance is horrible , they do not greet customers at all . When asked for any napkins or sauce for 20 nuggets , it's an argument. I've been to better Wendy's the foods not cook fresh.. I'd rather starve.

Hands down the worst Wendy's I've been too. Not because of the quality of the food, but because of the lack of care, service, or attention from the employees. I have been working in an office next to this Wendy's for many years and consistently have had extremely delayed food, and terrible service. Who ever manages this Wendy's needs to have a complete overhaul of the staff and management.

Unprofessional. Handled all of my food with no gloves; i saw a workers finger go into my frosty. There was an issue with the card reader and when i asked if the food was going to get thrown out, the worker said no, meaning it was going to go back into the cooker. The manager had to call and get help because she didnt know what she was doing. They were out of every sauce and drink as well and that just annoyed me off the bat. They were rude and disrespectful in general

The guy working the window was courteous and polite but everything else about the visit was lousy. Out of multiple drink and food options. The food we did get was lackluster to say the least. If you're looking for a good Wendy's, this isn't it.

8/16/23 I went through the drive thru today... first off the girl taking my order wanted to have a attitude and act like I didn't know what I was talking about. Then I get to the second window and the girl up there of course also has a attitude and was more worried about what I got to drink rather than what I was getting to eat of course she gave me the wrong bag of food because obviously Wendy's drive thru is rocket science but hey at least I got my sweet tea which was MID.
