Customer service was lacking. Could tell that the staff didn't want to be there and everyone seemed bothered to be there. The time I was there, someone asked one of the staff about the way to order and the employee seemed annoyed. In addition, they didn't have the Banh Mi which is literally one of the best sandwiches Which Wich has. Lastly, my kids enjoy getting the tokens to use of the m & m machine and they didn't have that too. Poor service combined with inadequate amenities that Which Wich is known for doesn't make a Which Wich. It just makes it an everyday sandwich shop with poor service.

Dirty counters, customer service lacked in every way. This was our first time and our last. Smiled at employee and asked for advice and procedure. He was semi helpful but the lady making the sandwiches acted like it was a burden to be there. Do yourself a favor and answer the question for yourself. Which wich? Non please!! Try the panini place beside Moe's.

Worst run restaurant. Mobile orders are NEVER prepared, sometimes children are running around the kitchen. Why do I come back? Good question. I assume that if I wait a few months between orders there will be a change, but there never is. Please, Which Wich, revoke this franchise license

With so many sub places to eat, including grocery stores like Publix and Harris teeter making excellent subs, it makes no sense to eat here. Just when i thought Quiznos and Subway were the worst.. enter Which Wich. Expensive too. Pass.

Not my favorite...I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich with cheese. The chicken was warm on the outside but stone cold on the inside. I took it back and was gifted with a sandwich so hot that I could not eat it for quite some time. The buffalo sauce was very very salty. Although, the bread was yummy! I have eaten at Which Wich at another location and it was quite yummy. Perhaps some review and retraining is in order. Until then I will stick to another location.

While the Turkey Wrap I ordered was well-prepared and tasted good, the ordering experience left too much to be desired. If you've never ordered from them before, take care. The Crabtree Valley Mall Food Court's management of this outlet has virtually no signage to let a newbie understand what the Ordering Process is... At All. The process, apparently well-signaged at other outlets, is to determine from the overhead menu what 'category' of food you want, then choose a small paper sack out of one of the many bins in front of you, then grab a marker and tick off the selections you want for your sandwich. With no signage, a newbie faces a line of customers filling out their forms, blocking access to the numbered selection of bags, which, after you make your marks, you then hand over to the cashier to ring up and pay. Then you back out of the way until, much like Starbucks, they call the name you wrote on the bag. Unless they've run out of one of the ingredients or you missed some of the "required" selections. Good food... terrible ordering process unless YOU have been trained on How To Order. Nice Idea, from an engineering concept point of view, but like many consumer things like this... the same engineers never did much testing of their "ordering process" with customers who'd never seen this process before. And to put the bag selection bins where you have to reach over or through the other customers filling out THEIR selections is lousy, too... But the wrap was very good.

Terrible. took forever to make my lettucewich, made sandwiches for multiple people who were behind me in line before mine. Card reader was down. Charged me for a drink I did not want. Once I finally got my food, noticed that the TURKEY was missing. It was just vegetables. The top of the bag literally says turkey. Didn't even want to go back and deal with them as they were so ridiculously incompetent and rude.

If I could give this rating a zero I would do so without a doubt. My friend and I were happily shopping for holiday gifts when we decided to head to the food court. After much consideration we chose Which Wich because we both love sandwiches. While waiting for the food, we noticed an employee on her phone. We thought nothing of it until she proceeded to touch and prepare our food with her germ contaminated hands. Let's keep in mind that none of the workers were wearing gloves or hairnets. After we got the food, my friend and I started engulfing our sandwiches and commenting about how good they were. However, more than halfway into her sandwich, my friend looks up at me and says there's a hair on my sandwich. A small black pube like hair lay on top of her allegedly sanitary sandwich. Let's also keep in mind that she has blonde hair. I immediately walked up to the counter where they proceeded to pretend like they had no idea where the hair came from when all of them had black hair and some had beards. Not only did we lose our appetites, an hour later after this interaction, we both hurled up what was the remainder of our lunches from Which Wich. How they received a 96 on their sanitary score is beyond me. Which Wich is a nasty place with nasty grimy hands that should not be allowed to stay open!!
