Don't go there definitely stay else where. And They rent dumpy trailers that aren't livable and refuse to give back the security deposit. And in the owners word she is that bitch take me to small claims court

These guys hire nothing but alcoholics to fix your homes and when you ask them to fix things, they wait till you move out or evict you to fix anything. These people are pathetic human beings as other staff.

Is there anybody out there that can help file a lawsuit against this motel for my money. I understand that there are no refunds when authorized transactions are made . I believe under department health it is illegal to run a business having bed bugs. I am not from Bismarck and I needed to stay for a week with my cat till I find a place. On the first night I had bedbugs crawling and biting me. Office was closed till 11AM! There was no reasoning to the manager/owner but I just want my money back pls!

Smelled like a urinal with cat and dog pee and musty smoke. Complained and got sent to another room that was just as bad. Went and got cleaning supplies and urine ordorizer and it was still the worst stay ever. Pee on the boxspring and God only know under the sheets. I was too scared to check. We already paid and had nowhere else to go. Charged 100$ deposit and haven't even gotten that back yet. Oh and then I'm informed this is where they take inmates when they have nowhere to go after being released from prison. NEVER AGAIN!

With our dog, had a pet friendly room. Pros: Pets allowed. Bed was decent. Shower was hot. Full fridge. Cons: Dirty - pet fur all over lamp on night stand, dirty night stand, people hair in bed, sink, shower, on bath towel. Dirty hand towel. Shower curtain bar falls easily. Non-smoking room smells like it used to be a smoking room. Full stove was great, but super dirty. Outside of fridge was dirty. Walls are very thin. Sound of doors closing is very loud. We weren't told about the pet fee when we made our reservation over the phone. When told about it at check-in the woman waved it since we'd confirmed the price prior to arrival and it hadn't been included. We didn't have to fight for it. She immediately righted the wrong.

We were happy that the motel was able to accomodate us on such short notice, but other than that the experience left a lot to be desired. They didn't tell us about the additional pet fee when we first called for a reservation. Got to the room: dead beetles in the kitchen area, staining on the comforter, and hair everywhere. There were no wash rags, bath mat, or any other standard motel room fare. We asked to be moved, as the room was so dirty which we were...to a room next to train tracks with a shot door seal. Trains, loud neighbors, and barking dogs kept us awake all night long. I had never been to ND and this experience didn't make me want to return.
