Waited almost 10 minutes to order because the AI can't understand. They can't hear you at the speaker. Why would you get rid of onion rings which are the best thing on the menu? This place needs to teach their employees and get better management. Extremely overpriced as well. We drove away.

Just went here at around 12 to pick up my mobile order went through the drive through and was very rudely told they don't have it and to go in and talk to the manager so I did when I walked in she came out very aggressive and rude and tried to tell me that I probably ordered in a different town and that she could prove it to me... I had the order pulled up on my phone for the correct store I finally got my order at almost 12:30 I tried to ask for her name she told me "I'm to busy" how are you to busy to tell someone your name and got no apology for her being rude or anything they have very poor customer service

I was very excited to try the new angus Jurassic Park burger. What a HUGE disappointment. Dry, flavorless, small meat patties. All stacked with more crappy cardboard tasting Ingredients. What a MASSIVE DISAPPOINTMENT! I love other meals here, but WOW. Wish I hadn't wasted the money.

Needed an evening dinner, the local restaurant by the hotel is closed Sunday's, luckily hardee heaven was within eyesight, was about to backtrack and sleep on an empty stomach. Not much to say, place is clean, bathrooms clean, food was quick and did its job. Id' go back!

Everything was cold!! Fries and Curley fries inedible. I realize it's covid times, but that shouldn't affect the temperature of the food. Come on people-how about an ounce of care when doing your job. I have just recovered from Covid and was craving a hot juicy Hardee's burger. What I got wasn't fit for a dog.

Horrible employee who decides when he's done working. There were still 30 minutes left before closing time and the one employee we saw was sitting around playing on his phone. When he realized we were at the drive thru window, he rushed over and locked it and then promptly ran to the back. After knocking on the window, he came back up and yelled at us to go away. Then he quickly shut off all of the restaurant lights and hid again. Honestly, though, after seeing the gross state of the restaurant during this debacle, I was actually glad I never ate any of the food produced here.

My boyfriend and I have came here multiple times and we usually receive great service. except for tonight.. we order what we usually get and we waited about 8-10 minutes at the window after paying for our food. we didn't mind because we were hoping we would get fresh food. we get the food and go straight home. once we start looking at things we realized that they messed up. we are missing food. my food had tomato and we specifically asked for none. our fries were absolutely cold and hard. i tried to call and see if i could get my money back.. no one answered.. multiple times.. very unprofessional.
