Stayed here 1 night on a road trip. It's a bit pricier than I'd liked but it was worth it. It's clean (-1 pt because the shower needs some scrubbing), and the check in system is so convenient! I like not having to go to the front desk to do a formal check in, and I was able to go directly to my room without any issues. Comfy room, spacious. I really like the set up of this hotel; the elevator is in a convenient spot and the pool is right next to it also. The pool is heated which was so nice and I loved the hot tub. My only complaint other than the shower was that the usb plug next to the bed wasn't working so charging my phone was a pain (I forgot the wall charger part in the car). Overall, I'd stay again for sure.

Stopped here for one night on a road trip. Our check in was easy, however, there was an issue with our room. We went back to the front desk and they took care of us - getting us a new room (which was actually an upgrade)! They said they would refund us completely and after calling them and connecting with Expedia (I booked the room through Expedia) I received a full refund. Unmatched customer service. As far as the Home2Suites hotel goes, the room we had was large and clean. We were only there for one night, but there was an entire living room in addition to the king suite and bathroom. If I have to nit pick something, the soap dispenser in the shower was empty and the extra bedding was missing pillowcases (I like a bed full of pillows). Not even worth taking a star away because the customer service was just outstanding. Breakfast was great in the morning, who doesn't love waffles?! Hot coffee, oatmeal, bagels and toast, fruit, and cereal. Overall, a wonderful stay.

My one night stay here with my parents was perfect. The room was clean and despite being close to the highway, you never heard any road noise. Free breakfast was great, especially the waffles which were super yummy. The hotel is a short drive to some local restaurants ans breweries downtown. Michelle, the front desk manager, was super welcoming and friendly. She was quick to check in and I could tell she had a positive relationship with all of the guests because she would greet them by name as they arrived back to the hotel. I am thankful they had a business center because I had to take care of something last minute for work. I do not travel with a laptop. I was able to use the computers downstairs and print what I needed. When it came time to scan it back in, Michelle was super helpful and went out of her way to scan it to herself and then forward it to me. Without her help I probably would have had to go to a local library to accomplish my mission. Thanks again for the great stay!

My brother and I stayed May 28th, checking out on the 29th. When we arrived, the keys for the room were not working for anyone, staff had to let people into their rooms. On top of that, we were charged for the internet, but since my brother is a Hilton Honors member, management said we don't get the free wifi. Instead of a refund for the problems, they credited his HH account with points. Which to me is a very big slap in the face!

Michelle is one of the best employees a company could ask for, she is sweet, attentive, knowledgeable and very accommodating. She made our stay memorable.

Took the desk clerk 15-20 minutes to get checked in, there was no line. He seemed to have issues with new system. I was patient and got my key but he had me sign two different bills. One for less than I had paid Hotels.com and one that had $50 incidentals. I questioned the first charge and he said it would all work out and not to worry about it. I had all of these charges pending and figured two of them would go away. All but the $50 one ended up all being charged. I will no longer use Hotels.com when using a Hilton property. I have contacted both and still haven't gotten credited back. I don't know if this is a normal thing they hope won't get caught or just an accident, but verify your charges when staying here. Nice property if not paying double.

Overall, I, along with my boss and chief of staff, had a wonderful stay here. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, except the mature lady who works at the breakfast station. She could use some customer service training. Would definitely recommend. There was plenty of room in the parking lot when I arrived and the lobby is cute and bright. The room was nice and spacious and had free Showtime. My only annoyance was that when I checked in, they didn't say that there wouldn't be daily housekeeping. I happened to notice a sign in my room that you need to request it, so I called the front desk about 11 the next morning and the guy who answered said that it was a little late, but they would try to clean it. If there is a time you need to call by, they should make that clear when you check in. The woman serving breakfast in the morning was very friendly and helpful.

I had a great stay here - the staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel and my room were very clean, the rooms were spacious, comfortable and quiet and I LOVED the light blocking shades! Great place to stay!

Room wasn't as clean as I'd like. Someone else's hair still in the drain (like, lots), pillows looked slept on, hairy tape stuck on a towel. Sheets and surfaces seemed clean though. Rooms are modern and noise level was low. Lots of space in the parking lot.
