Please go and try this place, my wife and I were just strolling through the mall and my wife pointed the place out and I was skeptical because long story short we from Florida and no Asian food restaurant has been on the level of ones from back home here in nd, but wow this one was amazing, from the fried rice to the sushi rolls to the ramen noodles everything was delicious, food came out quick and our waitress was very nice and came to our table often to check on us. The restaurant itself is nice and clean and very organized. Go try this restaurant i recommend it the food is awesome!

If you are in Bismarck, you must go here. I was skeptical when I figured out the sushi place was inside a mall. Don't let that put you off. This is the real deal. Rumor has it that Chef Roger worked under Morimoto. I actually went to this restaurant twice in the week, which I almost never do, because I wanted to go back for the Raman. Really great broth. Super tender pork. Once you're inside you forget the mall. Also bartender was a hoot!

Service was really good, Environment was nice, music was good. Although the avocado roll was very plain the soy sauce made it better. Also one of the waitresses had a very cute pink headband, great first impression.

One of my favorite asian restaurants in Bismarck. Their sushi is great; I usually get the King Crab Crunch or Shaggy Dog roll. Their ramen is also amazing; I usually get either the Signature Tonkotsu or Kumamoto ramen. I really like their mochi ice cream as well, and they have great boba tea flavors. Would definitely recommend them if you're wanting Asian food in Bismarck.

It's my favorite one and always my #1 menu i love that you can choose the spicy level and the flavor is the best we drive 4 hours just for this Ramen!!

Food is very good! I recommend the Nagasaki roll and the pork bun appetizer! The only bad thing about this restaurant is it smells like an ol' wet rag! My guess it's the wood stain on the decor, hopefully it's not their actual dish rag!

Ja Bomb has some of the best sushi in Bismarck and their ramen is pretty great too. If you're looking for a nice trendy place for dinner with great service it's the place to be. They've got a good selection of rolls and decent sashimi, I only wish they had more rolls with salmon. Though, they've got something for everybody.

Had a food poisoning after eating dinner around 1 p. m at this restaurant. I ordered the Ja Bomb maze soba. The wavy noodles was cooked yet the ground pork was cold. So was the egg. Whatever in the dish made me terribly sick 3 hours later. Abdominal cramps, nausea and continued vomiting, chill, malaise for the rest of the night. I have never been sickened like this in my entire life. Even when I traveled to Việt Nam, I ate street vendors's foods and had no problems like this. I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone at all

First time here. Needs huge improvement all around in the Ramen department. Bland, watered down, and one dimensional broth. Completely lacking in richness...Zero. Pork was strange and bland too, like it has been soaking in water and not its broth. No flavor. Felt fake and fast foodie. Was really terrible actually ended up tossing it. Nara Ramen blows this away. Will not return.
