JJ's is great for me because their Unwich is loaded with protein and low on carbs. It is also extremely portable and useful because it's what I get on the way to the airport for my lunch-time flight. While BIS is a useful "municipal airport," it is extremely limited with food options. JJ's makes it all possible. Freaky fast, your sandwich will probably be done by the time you've paid and walked the five steps over to the pickup area. Extremely edible, just unwrap as you go. If you're into the breads - and I did like bread before keto - their subs and their wheat slices are excellent. Cookies, chips (especially the japaleno ones) are excellent. Ordered #10 double roast beef. So salty could not even eat it. Asked for half mayo obviously he didn't understand what that was. Asked for unsweetened tea again he didn't understand only had raspberry. Nothing was good with this visit help or quality of service.

Arrived 6:45 pm. Ordered sandwich on white roll. Told "out of all rolls" Finally get order, ALL places to sit are closed ( kind of early since open until 9:00) Start to walk out and see two large containers of white rolls and one of wheat. I was given wheat sandwich bread - since it wasn't toasted the bread must have been sitting out for quite a while. Will not return to this location.

No complaints about this location. I know what I like on their menu and I usually get my sandwiches pretty quickly when I have them deliver. It's usually around ten minutes. Once it took half an hour but the driver said they got a huge rush and I was the last of five orders in his car to get my self so I can be a good sport and chalk it up to stuff happens. I usually order online and I've only had their site hiccup on me once which REALLY bugged me since it only let me order one sandwich (I always get at least two so I can put some in the fridge for later) but it's been ONE time out of the many I've ordered. They also rarely mess anything up and when they do it's a pretty minor infraction like not slicing my sandwich in half or a liberal interpretation of easy on the lettuce, nothing huge. Every single time I order extra tomatoes which is on every sandwich I order or Grey Poupon which I always get on anything with turkey or ham they get it right. Every time I've gone in to order for take out they're really nice. Their prep area also always looks clean and they always wear fresh gloves.

Ugh. Where do I start? I stopped in for a quick bite to eat between meetings, and went to use the bathroom first -- only to find that it was out of toilet paper. Okay, great. When I come out of the bathroom, I can hear two employees arguing pretty loudly with each other, and they kept going for a minute while I just stood there at the counter... waiting. Eventually one of them broke away to help me, a rather large gentleman. I told him about the bathroom situation and he just kinda went "uh huh" at me, and asked for my order. I ordered a vegetarian sub, which I watched him throw together without wearing gloves, and not to mention I started to notice that he smelled terrible?? I could smell him a good six feet away, across the counter. When he was done, he wrapped it and sort of just tossed it on the counter and walked away. Really unprofessional. When I asked to speak with a manager, he responded that he was the manager, and didn't even turn around to talk to me. Whatever, I just left because I was in a hurry. The sub was alright, but a bit bland, and I agree with the other reviews - the bread is way too dry. Overall, I'm never making the mistake of going back, and I'll be encouraging those in the office to do the same.

Went in for a #9 Italian night Club. The sub was great loved the kickin ranch and the Triple Chocolate Chunk cookie... The two guys working tonight were friendly and freaky fast. Thanks for the great meal and service I will be back again for sure!

The sandwich was okay but my next will be carry out. The noise from the music system was any times louder than it should have been. I am hard of hearing but this was rediculous. The employees should have a case for disability retirement.
