Is kfc so that is buffer on expectations. The food was not worth the cost. The place was meh on cleaning. Staff was ok. Just a meh

Drive through on a Sunday evening. 8 pc original family meal. 40 mins later, still no food. Someone did bring out 8 pc Xtra crispy after we just told last person exactly what we ordered. Unacceptable for fast food. When I addressed that this was unacceptable to wait 40 mins, I was shooed off and told he had other deliveries and then avoided me. I was not rude in any way. Pathetic.

This was the worse experience that I've had in Bismarck. How are you going to have my food ready at 5:25pm and not bring it out to us u till 6pm while serving every other vehicle that came after us? By time we received our food, the ice in the drink was melted and watered down, the fries were a lump of wet oily potatoes. The biscuits were stale and hard and the pot pies were cold. I have tried calling your location 10 times now and no one wants to answer a phone. Your service is a disgrace and your team is dragging the company's name through the mud. I suggest you get your stuff together and learn how to run a restaurant that serves the public as it should.

Went through drive thru and couldn't even understand the person trying to take orders. I said I was a 3 piece meal. She said you want 3 pieces or a mal. I said what? Then I said I want a 3 piece meal and she starts screaming at me saying that's what I asked you. So instead of bothering to feed my kid and have a scene caused in front of her I left and called the restaurant. Was denied to talk to the manager and then found out it was the manager in the drive thru. While I was on the phone watched another person just leave. When my husband called back a nice person answered and said they had gotten lots of calls on the manager. Called corporate let's see if they do anything. Just avoid.

Can't get service if you go through drive through..the woman who comes to get your order can barely speak English, and when we told her we couldn't understand her, she raises her voice thinking we couldn't hear her...nah, her English is so poor we couldn't even guess what she was saying, when she gets upset and her English gets worse, simply no communication, we had to leave and go elsewhere. This KFC is doomed! Used to really like this place...we are done now. went to Pizza Ranch, got great service, great communication, great chicken!

We just stopped at KFC off State Street in Bismarck. The staff are bickering at the only caucasian dude working the window taking orders. He forgot to add a gravy with our 10 piece bucket of Chicken. We had no problem waiting for it. But after 20 minutes of parked & waiting. We literally had to go inside to retrieve our paid item ourselves. The Philippine staff workers have a very short fuse with the dudes. Someone needs to remind them words do hurt! We feel sorry for this dude. He was doing his best he good. But the Chicken was 5 stars for sure. Just didn't want such negative vibes on such a beautiful rainy day.

Very disappointed in their customer service at the counter. Not one person acknowledged our presence for a full 5 minutes. No one said be there soon, or we are backed up in the drive thru, sorry, or thanks for your patience. I had to ask for help and then the counter till wasn't open so they had to use the drive thru till. They need a supervisor to teach about customer service. Or shut down the counter and only do drive up. And I understand the shortage of staff. As we were eating another customer had the same issue, two groups of people left without being served. The food was good and hot so it was fresh.

Service. Ordered at 2:00 for a 5:00 pickup. Waited from 5:00 to 5:30 while other orders were being filled. I don't think they really know how to run this business. Busy but could have a lot more repeat business. Not mine. Not ever again. I would be surprised if the other customers there will come back again. Too bad as I really like the food.

I Used the app to order the app was a little glitchy and not 100% user friendly. When my husband got home with the food I found that they did not include our order of fries. In addition I ordered a 4 piece the picture showed 2 drumsticks two thighs what we got was one drumstick one thigh and a breast and something that looked like just deep fried batter I guess that was the fourth piece. Also my husband arrived at the designated time and still had to wait 20 minutes. I found two phone numbers for the kfc to ask about how to get compensated for the fries. Both numbers rang until they finally disconnected themselves. You Cannot reach anyone at this store. They don't answer the phone. Also the app has no place to add if you had a bad experience or missing food. Also the mashed potatoes have actually gotten worse. They were the consistency soup you could pour them out of your spoon. Unfortunately I still love their chicken and they are the only kfc in town

I've stopped there many times & have never had any complaints so I don't understand why all of the negative reviews! Can't wait for them to get done with their remodeling & reopen so I can pick up their chicken sandwiches once again. This is the best value in town & they are great!
