I ordered a burrito supreme. Mind you there is nothing "supreme" about this burrito. It's not big it's nothing special and it's a small ass burrito. Don't order from this Taco Bell I paid 8 dollars for this damn burrito I could get a bigger one for 5.

Haven't had Taco Bell in years so I thought I'd give it a shot on my lunch break. Ordered a steak chalupa and received a cold beef chalupa. Also ordered a chicken burrito taco box. The taco had no meat and was soggy with tomato water. Cold cheese for the soggy chips as well. Oh and my total was $18 guess I'll continue staying away from T bell

Walked in Tuesday 5/13/2025 at 1:15 pm. No other customers in the store. Stood at the counter waiting for someone to take my order or at least acknowledge me. None of the workers behind the counter even looked up at me. Walked out after 5 minutes. Won't be back.

Dont even deserve ANY stars this is the most AWEFUL fast food restaurant I've ever been to. I think both Taco Bell restaurants in Bismarck need to be shut down until they're under better management or have employees that can do their job more efficient and quickly.

Worse Taco Bell I've been to. No customer service, sloppy food, dirty dirty DIRTY. When we first entered no one attended us nor greeted us even after asking how they were.

My husband and I went to Taco Bell the other day. The floors we fitlhy. You could see the kitchen floor was filthy. Food all over the floor. Beverage fountain was dirty. Even the bathrooms are filthy. It was all pretty disgusting. Not sure if we will go back there. Because of the pandemic they have mostly drive up and we ate inside as there was no one in there. It was pretty bad.

Honestly, if I could give this a zero I would. I'm not the typical person to write a review, but I'm so irritated with this place. I placed a mobile order and after telling us to pull forward, they didn't come to the window for 15 minutes (I had the time the order was placed from the confirmation text). We have several hours left on our drive home and have already traveled 16 hours today. We finally honked and some employees looked at us and still didn't come to the window. We could see at least 5 people and it seemed only 1 person was actually doing anything despite the line of cars behind us. It took 5 more minutes for someone to come to the window and say "I promise we didn't forget about you," and when I asked how much longer it might be because we have a baby getting upset and a long drive, they closed the window and didn't come back for another 10 minutes. When they came back after those 10 minutes, we asked if we could just get a refund and they tried to offer us taco coupons or a drink, and we explained we didn't want free stuff, just a refund. So after nearly 30 minutes of sitting at the window, we finally got some food and we were told we had to issue a refund ourselves. I work in customer service, so I understand shit happens, but I feel most of this could have been avoided had they greeted us at the window immediately. Even if it was just to tell us it would be a few minutes.

Very slow which I wouldn't mind if the food was mad properly. Need to do more training on how to make the food. Service wasn't as bad as the food but there were workers taking breaks while there was a line.
