Food was barely warm, we were asked how everything was so we told them unsatisfactory, gave us tickets for 2 free meals Place was clean, nice atmosphere.

I used the 40% off coupon to purchase some roast beef by the pound but the cashier rang it up as 10% 4x. Doing it that way reduces the subtotal each time so I'm not getting 40% off my order (more like 33% off). Sneaky way of short changing your customers. Guess I'll interrupt the manager's day next time to make sure it's done properly.

I went to this location requested the fish dinner they filled my order took home was looking forward to my fish dinner. To my surprise it was chicken. Called restaurant back and was informed they no longer have fish. I asked why was I not told. Informed them wanted money put back on my debit card said could not do due to there system.

Clean and swift, this Arby's is filled with friendly staff (if distracted by their friends), and the roast beef is hot and ready for consumption. I do like how they made a brand new batch of fries since the others were already a bit old.
