Decided to see a movie that started at 8:00, we showed up at 8:06 (car trouble) and they refused to let us into the movie. They have a new policy in place where anyone late to the movie cannot get tickets. This is absolutely ridiculous and will only hurt their business. Never has a business refused to take my money for something so trivial.

OMG. SERIOUSLY??!! Went to a 2:30 movie. After 30 minutes of ads/commercials, and another 30 minutes of previews, they FINALLY started movie at 3:30!! Never. Ever. Again!!!!

The staff was disrespectful and very unprofessional, did not refund for booking confirmation, and changed their policy without notifying costumer on website.

I give it a 4 star rating cause it is the only theater in our area. I think some more updates should be in their near futureand and can the CEO quit his cheesy message

A movie theater located behind the Paradiso Mexican Restaurant, this is decently furnished with popular current flicks that are split between here and the CEC West Acres 14. Seats & sound have been improved over the years, but it's not stadium seating, and overrun with high school students during the summer.

All in all, an excellent movie theatre. It is clean and modern. The dream loungers are everything they are billed to be...and more. VERY comfortable. And electronic! Just kick your feet up with the push of a button and enjoy the show. Beware though, the tickets here are a little more expensive then typical...it's the price one pays for watching a movie in a leather recliner! And...the concession prices are REALLY bad. Close to twenty bucks for a large popcorn and two drinks. Yikes. The theatre makes up for it by offering discounted movie tickets (five bucks each) and discounted concessions on Tuesdays. If you can make it to the theatre on that day, it's a screaming deal. I also love the Marcus phone app. You can buy movie tickets right through the app, with no fee if you are a Rewards member. If you're not a Rewards member, you can easily sign up through the app for free. I used the app to buy tix to the Batman Lego movie (don't judge), and it went off without a hitch. Awesome. I love tech!

Love this place!! The bathrooms and theater rooms are always so clean. And they always have deals going on for tickets. The staff always have a smile and are very kind. Plus the seats are sooo comfortable! The only downside is their popcorn is REALLY expensive :( however that's not much different than any other movie theater.
