I recently visited this restaurant, and I was really impressed! The food was absolutely delicious -- fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The customer service was excellent; the staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcome. It's rare to find a place that gets both great food and great service right, but this one definitely does. Highly recommend!

Staying in town for awhile and went to Chik-fil-a. Ordered 8 ct nuggets, 8 ct grilled nuggets and two drinks in drive thru lane. We received the order minus the sauce that we ordered and two orders of waffle fries. Told them we did not order the fries. She said we did not specify that we didn't want the meal and just stared at us. Told her to just forget about it. Threw the fries away as we don't like them. Next day stopped again and ordered 30 nuggets for the kids. Got to where we were staying and the box had chicken tenders. Apparently this place is hard of hearing. No third chances.

This clown who calls himself manager trainee literally discriminated against me in hiring based on my age. He had my resume sees that I was adequately experienced and although I literally worked 80 hours a week at my job last year he tries to say I cannot do the job and he has frail kids with no experience running all over the kitchen. You sir think those kids really need a job more than a 50 year old retired veteran who has worked his whole life. You are a discriminating employer and pathetic as a human being.

The clockk strikes 730pm and we're about halfway between Minot ND & Minneapolis. Panic strikes... 4 more hours to go, no time to stop but still too far to go without something to stop the tummy rumbles. Drive thru to the rescue! We pulled in to an open ordering screen and asked for 2 Original Deluxe Chicken Sandwiches then pulled to the window. We handed over a $20 & got back $8 & some change. Moments (which were filled with friendly chatter) later, we were handed our food - piping hot with a slightly mushy tomato as my only concern. I feel like I should point out that every employee we saw appeared suspiciously happy. What are they putting in the Chicken? We were wished safe travels and on our way in no time.

Chick-fil-A is simply delicious!!! Their chicken sandwiches are to die for. If you don't believe me look at the line, that develops through the drive-through that starts at 11:30 AM on 13thAve. People don't line up for bad food. There's no denying, the restaurant is satisfying customers and many of them daily for a reason. The service is quick & the taste of the product is delicious.!

The food isn't anything special. My spicy chicken sandwich was kinda blan and lackluster. The service is good staff is very polite. The ambiance is of any fast food restaurant take the labels off everything and it's just the same.

Didn't get a straw at drive thru. Got to food and it was barely warm. Went back thru drive thru to get straw mentioned this as I asked how long had food been sitting before it was given to me. I quote 'probably not that long' from employee. My chicken minis had clearly been made some time ago but no offer to swap out - have a good day was response.

A friend and i made a seven hour road trip to get some chicken nuggets from Chick-Fil-A in Fargo. When we got to the establishment at 6:00pm, we waited in line for over 20 minutes before we were told to leave. The reason for being told to leave is that restaurant was closed, even though it was posted till 9. Decided to go to Taco Bell across the street. Will not be back. Do better, Chick-Fil-A.

My 2 complaints are: the gluten free bun tastes like garbage and I seem to have to ask the staff to wipe off my styrofoam beverage a lot cause they don't seem to notice I'd like to keep my hands clean when there's soda sticking to the cup. Other than that, the food is excellent and the staff are usually top notch.
