Was just in for some delicious broccoli cheddar soup and RJ and Dylan gave the best service that I have experienced in any of the restaurants in Fargo. Will definitely be back because of them!! 10/10!

Ordered a sandwich at 10:25 to be delivered at 11. (Let me add the store is right behind my work place) Delivery didn't come until 12:26, which they had not called or spoke to me saying it would be an hour and a half late, and then they forgot my sandwich. I tried to stop the driver at the door to ask where my stuff was and he just kept walking. Called the store twice to figure out where my food was. To which they finally answered and said they would refund part of the transaction. Cool. But doesn't excuse the absolute awful service I got from this location. I tend to get amazing service at E&G and this was truly disappointing. Don't do delivery. Go in.

My husband and I did the drive through tonight to order. We placed our order for two sandwiches and two cups of soup. We opened the order at our home and had a wrong sandwich on white vs wheat bread and my sandwich had a long black wavy hair in it. I called them and informed them they have lost any future business from us.

Better than the average chain sandwich shop. They have crafted some great sandwich combos. My wife lives the chicken wild rice soup. I find the employees are friendly and are quick with their service. They may not be "freaky fast" but I find the experience is always good.
