Food must be 50/50 as I'm reading these reviews, just depends on the day ig. Never been to a Popeyes so we decided to try it. Arrived at 10:30pm was gonna go thru drive thru but they had a sign blocking it so we just went inside. Pretty clean as we walked in, we stood at the front waiting to order for a little while. We were patient and they seemed busy with online orders. Finally ordered and asked if we could eat inside, considering they closed in 20 mins. They said it was fine. We sat down and it took maybe 6-7 mins to get our food. We changed our minds on eating inside after the manager and employees were yelling across the room to each other. It was kinda obnoxious and annoying. Food was really fresh apart from the chicken. The chicken had been sitting in the warmer for a while but still tasted better than mid. My bfs chicken sandwich was gone in 2 secs. He inhaled the thing, said the pickles were good. Overall, I would definitely try to come here again if KFC wasn't available..

Very disappointed with my recent visit to Popeyes. First off, the drive-thru speaker box was out of order, but there was no sign posted until you get all the way up to the window -- which shows a serious lack of effort and customer consideration. It's not hard to place an "Out of Order" sign by the speaker to save people time and frustration. To make matters worse, I went inside to purchase takeout and when I got home, I found multiple items missing from my to-go order. The kids meal was missing fries and the toy, and from the family pack, the large mac & cheese side was completely left out. That's just careless. When I politely brought up that we didn't receive any dipping sauces, butter, or honey for the biscuits, the expeditor was rude and dismissive, saying "it's all in there," when clearly it wasn't. She clearly didn't double-check the order and was unprofessional in handling feedback. Tip to anyone ordering here: always check your bag before leaving. This location needs serious improvement in organization, accountability, and customer service.

Popeyes is always a treat should you have a desire for some crispy delicious chicken! Certainly not the most healthy for you but, love the spicy 4 piece dinner! It truly is delicious Chicken!!!

I would alert anyone considering ordering delivery from Popeyes. I did not use the app but ordered delivery from the website. When I went to pay for my order it would not take my Apple Pay and it said to try another method so I clicked on Venmo. When I then clicked to pay I never got a confirmation that the order was placed. So I went in again and noticed all mittens were still in the cart minus a 5 pc tenders meal. So I added that again and clicked to pay and it continued to not give me a confirmation that it was complete. One more time it did work - got the confirmation and ETA. About 40 minutes or so later I got a call from the delivery person who was calling for the kitchen staff because they noticed duplicate orders for the same thing as well as a few for just the 6 chicken sandwich meals. I told her with the issues I had been having but it never had confirmed it was ordered but I told her I needed the order of the 6 sandwiches and 1 tenders meal. She told them and she said the order I wanted was ready and they wouldn't make the others and she was in her way. Later that evening I checked my bank account to see if I had been charged for the other meals and I hadn't - just the one transaction for what I ordered. This was on a Saturday evening and lo and behold when I checked my bank account Monday around noon I noticed 6 transactions totaling $455.55. I immediately called Popeyes but it only gives you an option of leaving a voicemail. I didn't hear from anyone until the next day. The " manager" told me I would have to take this up with DoorDash because they do their delivery. Even tho my transactions only said Popeyes. Four of them went thru my Venmo account. So then she said it's Venmo's issue. And then after that she told me I needed to call the POPEYES APP because they will have to deal with it. I asked her then that why would I be charged at all if I never received more than my original order? So pay for meals not received? She was very dismissive, told me she had to go talk to "her" accountant and she'd get back to me but it will take 24-48 hrs for me to receive the refund. Then she called me Wednesday and said they would not refund my money. I have contacted my bank to report this, called Grub Hub to see what they would do ( they informed me that is Popeyes that uses Grub Hub for their deliveries which is different than ordering straight from Grub Hub or their app. I then went on to call Venmo and that was the first time I could draw a breath in 3 days. They filed an investigation into this and said they would get my money returned. They noticed the duplicate orders for the same amount of money made within a few minutes of each other. To the working Popeyes staff I give them credit for calling me when they noticed it also and the delivery driver also was exceptional in taking care of the situation. I have been a years long fan of Popeyes and was happy to actually see one pop up in Fargo. I have never had bad service there any time and their chicken etc is exceptional esp when it's basically fast food. So- the treat I ordered Saturday evening for my grandson and his starving 3 friends that just finished hockey practice turned into one expensive treat. The 102.30 I was paying for this in the first place could have been easily replaced with 50$ of pizza. From now on I believe I will stick with locally owned restaurants esp if I order delivery. I also had sent several emails thru their "chat" line and directly to their corporate company. The chat just kept telling me to write a correct amount of the transaction. I guess I should have been as shady as they are and entered 1,000$. They haven't responded at all other than a text that told me "thank you for contacting Popeyes. Do not respond to this text because it will not go thru." Instead they sent me yet another link to once again try and see if I could answer all the questions I have answered time and again to get no response. Such a disappointment to know this kind of business exists and treats fellow human beings this way. Maybe that's why we are moving on to AI and communication that never involves another human. No one then has to feel emotion or guilt about taking advantage of a situation because they can.

The chicken is so incredibly thin and disgusting. Pickles stacked on top of each other like the empire state building, and that is the last time I will be trying popeyes because after I ate it, I threw up.

Every single time we come in, it takes at least 20 minutes to get our food. our order is almost always wrong in some way. the employees are careless, sloppy and have zero pride in their work.
