Craving a sandwich one day and thought I would try Potbelly's. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Great recommendations on the popular sandwiches. I got A Wreck and an Italian. Both customizable with plenty of choices for add ons. The sandwiches are nicely toasted. Meats were delicious and the veggies were crunchy fresh. Looking for a different kind of sandwich other than Subway or Jersey Mike's? This is a great alternative.

I recently visited this restaurant, and I was really impressed! The food was absolutely delicious -- fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The customer service was excellent; the staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcome. It's rare to find a place that gets both great food and great service right, but this one definitely does. Highly recommend!

Service was great at the drive thru,chicken club was cold,like the chicken was taken out of the fridge and put in the sandwich cold.Essentially this place is a Subway with better decors.The chicken is the exact chicken you would get at Subway.I guess there was too much expectation from me considering my meal was $30.

First time at Pot Belly. Three of us and no one else was in the establishment. Looked like plenty of staff. Food and service was A+, but we only found one table that was clean to eat at. Not kidding either. That's a big turn off for us.

This place is the same concept as a which which sandwich shop. You order at the county and then get the food at the end of the counter. The sandwiches were good even though they were not made exactly as we ordered them. Mustard left off one and the other had onions even though I asked them to be left off. The young crew here is to busy yapping with each other to pay close attention and to clean the restaurant. The bathrooms surprisingly clean but the dining room was not . We found only one clean table and it had crumbs. The girl at the checkout was also rude in the way she thrust her hand out for my credit card and left her hand in the air waiting for this older person to give it to her. I'm bit of and arse my self so I slowed my role in presence of her rudeness. For future reference, wait till I offer the payment and don't act like you are too busy to be polite.

The soup is really good, lots of unique choices. The sandwiches are good, the normal sandwich shop type subs, but they are toasted. The store did mildly smelled like weed, and the bathrooms did too. I go here often and I'd recommend if you're in the area.

Very good sandwiches although my only critique is never mobile order/ order ahead because it takes twice as long. Which is actually ridiculous because I schedule a pickup and I have to wait 15 more minutes after the time I scheduled for.

girl that was at the front of the line on August 18th at 12:15 pm did not listen to anything me or my friend said. both of our sandwiches were the wrong sizes, wrong breads, and she was very rude. I said three separate times what i wanted and on the third time i even slowed it down so she could hear me better. this is the first time i went there and i will never be going back. dissapointed
