we spent 20 minutes waiting for food with one car ahead of us, it's not that hard to take off burger ingredients after explaining it for the 5th time. hope this helps!

I ordered on the app at 11:25pm. I got to the store at about 11:45pm. The store did close at midnight, but I had put my order in 35 minutes before they closed. I pulled up to the drive through microphone and was told "to wait one minute." There was a car in front of me at the window. I waited 15 minutes staring at the menu even though I had already ordered. At exactly midnight the person working handed the car in front of me a bag. I waited another 3 minutes with no answer. I pulled up to the window and the worker inside ignored me even though I was showing her my phone with the app order on it. I didn't get my food or even a response from the worker even though they saw me outside the window. I feel as if the last car served was a friend of the worker and just sat there in the drive through lane so the person working didn't have to take anymore orders. Either way I did not get my app order.

The service they provided was very bad, as well as the employees were very careless and clearly did not want to be there. Management clearly lacks at that place.

My visit to Wendy's was less than splendid and the recipe was not quality. The service was non existent in the drive thru. So after twenty minutes of waiting in line, I decided to walk in and order. Which I was greeted with one employee who was caring for a crying baby. Two employees who were mindlessly walking in the back and one employee who was doing all the work but at a rate of a 90 year old senior citizen. The store had a line inside as well and took about 10 minutes to place the order and 15 minutes to receive the order. There was only three orders in front of mine so normal fast food it should've been only max five minutes to get the food. I will not be coming back and from the look of the place, most people will not be.

Well if there was 0 stars they would get that rating! We drove off minus 3 of our items because of the nasty workers screaming at each other about having to do their job! I will never go to this Wendy's ever again. I know it's just fast food but wow just on a human level this was awful! Just trust me do the workers a favor and don't give this place your money!!

The service was terrible and slow. The floor was sticky and the customers seemed like they did not want to be there. They messed up our orders and lots of people were impatiently waiting. Don't go to this Wendy's.

Date: 2021 04-30 Restaurant: Wendy's Location: 4430 18th Ave SW, Fargo Rating (of 5): * I placed a mobile order for a large fry. I arrived at the location and approached the drive-thru which had 6 cars in line. 7 min later I was at the speaker telling them I had a mobile order. 6 additional min later I received my order and pulled into a close parking spot. The fries were in a sealed paper bag, were hot but also completely limp and soggy. That was a long wait for soggy fries which had been in my possession for 20 seconds or less. Also, 10-15 feet from the drive thru line, employees were at the backdoor of the store smoking which was blowing right into all the cars in line. Absolutely disgusting and shows the level of care to which this location aspires. Given the line, most people don't care if their food or experience is subpar and shows the level of care to which this community aspires. Maybe they were out-of-towners and didn't know better (it was a Friday and a location just off the freeway) but that's why you should check online reviews when traveling.

Wow, went through the drive through and ordered a taco salad, got lettuce tomato and cheese, no chips, no chili. Called in and the "manger" stated she was unable to refund my money, send me a certificate etc but said when we came back through she wails comp us our meals. Came back 3 days later, of course she wasn't here and her manager only wanted to give us a taco salad which after I ordered originally I wanted nothing to do with. She proceeded to argue with me incessantly about only being able to give me a taco salad. I then asked for a refund so I could order what I actually wanted to eat and she did that and then proceeded to tell me my options which I was told on Friday were not options. Sounds like some training issues, need to get your crap together. While I was standing there another customer came in stating she didn't get what she ordered as well. Wow! We sat inside eating for no more than 10 minutes and 2 additional people came in because they didn't get what they ordered. Becoming pretty apparent that this is a MANAGEMENT ISSUE!!!!!

Wendy's 18th/45th Fargo ND normally don't lreave reviews but I just ordered taco salad from there and the entire salad in the container lettuce and tomatoes is rotten completly inedible! Did not get a receipt so can't return $8+ literally down the drain.
