Sandwiches were tasty but prices are considerably higher than what it shows here. Definitely not worth the price when compared to other options. Service was friendly and fast. Probably would not eat here again.

Decent Philly cheesesteak. The Large was huge. Large fries were also huge. The fries were awesome. The staff was super happy and helpful. Definitely worth a shot if you are in the area for lunch. They seemed pretty busy.

Since coming under new ownership, I can totally tell a difference in the hospitality and customer service. Right when I walked in I was greeted and asked how I was doing and how my day was going. The new owner was out wiping everything down, which is a plus especially with everything going on in the world. She kept a conversation going the whole time I was in the store, really making me feel welcomed! Plus the sandwiches are amazing every time. Will absolutely visit this location more in the future!

Uffda then! What in the world happened here. This is now long over due. So, was there in Moorhead shop on Saturday. Uffda I'll get to that eye opener. Prior two visits in Moorhead shop I thought maybe the landlord was again to be a crook! ? Now I really wonder those visits were in cold weather and shop was as cold as the outside. Now I think it's the owner or manager throws darts at how to save money. We wait to visit again until it was a bit warmer as I spent money refilling teeth from chattering so much from eating in the cold. So short answear? New owner or manger that thinks about money before thinking about customers and food that's what you sell, not profit! ? Great concept and thought if ya want to go bankrupt!!! We won't be back. Taking a favorite sandwich off the menu soon. As one ingredient is to costly? His words. And apparently not their biggest seller? So that's the skinny? Losing customers the most expensive thing that can and will happen ask bud light? There will be so many more items on the menu that will become extremely expensive with lack of guests. Sandwiches apparently now served minus lettuce and tomatoes too? Rip the rest of you posters down. As a couple facing outside show photo's of lettuce and tomatoes on the sandwiches. Inside references seem to already be gone. I'll give a bigger hand in cost reduce owner or manger at Moorhead shop. Lock it up and run wit da cash ya got. You think your gaining control? I was a frequent flyer for years. Recently returned to see some new additions on the menu and was excited to try them. I had no idea that it would take 50 minutes to get the sandwich. The staff seems like they have their priorities a bit mixed having conversations on the line about a complaint about a fingernail in someone's sandwich which moved directly to one employee insisting the other employee go and have a cigarette break while no fewer than a dozen people waited in line (didn't wash up in the line sink either after the smoke, just straight for the gloves - the line hadn't moved). Each person in line, those who didn't abandon the effort after wasting their entire lunch break, was then asked to recount their order no fewer than three times by multiple employees because the line took no notes. The sandwich was good, a little less full than I remember. The fries were well under done and over seasoned. For years I ate here. Now, after that debacle and a frustrating and questionable experience, it'll likely be years until I return.
